10/10 we would definitely boom it again

Pros: The apartment is amazing and very pretty! Its very modern with everything you need for a short or long stay. We really loved it and recommend it. Its around 10 minutes from the beautiful and clean mai khao beach in front of the airport.

Pros: ُThe host was very quick and proactive to respond during the checkin time, and were very kind to allow us to check in much earlier (4 hours) than official time, which was a blessing to us given how tired we were on arrival. There was also an issue with our room AC, and they quickly offered to change the room, where AC worked fine. The host also allowed us to have a late checkout (2 hours roughly).

Cons: While our point of contact was very nice and responsive, it seemed as though the information regarding wifi connection given to them was inaccurate and we didn't manage to connect to wifi until the end. Another point on the part of the management was their primary use of whatsapp rather than booking messages without asking for my approval first, which felt bit invasive and against my privacy, as I regard my whatsapp to be personal. What felt a bit more strange was that I was initially added to a whatsapp group chat with 5 other people on it, which again, felt like a violation of my privacy and has a high potential for being spammed later. After I asked to be contacted via booking, it seemed like the point of contact was only able to contact me through whatsapp and not booking. Again, this is not their fault, but it was how the management had instructed them. I hope that for future guests they first ask for approval and then contact via whatsapp, and ensure that their privacy is respected.

Pros: Bardzo ładny apartament, wygodnie i czysto, wyposażony w naczynia, przyprawy i nawet płyn do naczyń. Basen na dole, bliskość sklepów i restauracji.

Cons: Sam obiekt już ma swoje lata, to widać, lokalizacja trochę na uboczu ale można wypożyczyć skuter.

Классные апарты, но персонал не помогает

Pros: Очень классные апарты за такую цену, даже двоим будет комфортно.

Cons: Персонал сперва пообещал, что можно оставить багаж (заселение аж в 15.00), но в итоге я больше двух часов прождала, когда кто-нибудь придет. Вай фай не работал все дни, так и не помогли решить проблему. За испачканные простыни, которые я же и отстирала, взяли доп плату )
