Krabi Luxury Penthouse

Very comfortable apartment close to restaurants, beach and other amenities.

Pros: The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and modern with lots of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and the quality of the bed linen and towels was very good. There was plenty of shampoo, body wash, hand wash and conditioner provided. There are 2 large televisions where you can access Netflix. You really cannot fault the apartment itself. Communication about accessing the apartment and cleaning arrangements were also very good.

Cons: The reason for not giving the apartment full marks is to do with the communal areas eg loose tiles in the ground floor entrance and the pool area which has some cracked and missing tiles and sunbeds and sun umbrellas which need updating and more of them. The blocks opposite are in real need of redecoration which has been mentioned in earlier reviews. So it was pleasing to see that work has started on redecorating the exterior of these blocks which should make a real difference.

Pros: Cet appartement est très confortable. la piscine sur la terrasse est un plus puisque très bien orientée. Proche de la mer, de restaurants et supermarché. La résidence est également très calme. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement.

Pros: très bon emplacement près de la plage, la piscine sur le balcon est très appréciable, l'appartement est spacieux mais la résidence est vétuste. peu d'appartements occupés ce qui permet la tranquillité.

Cons: la qualité de construction du bâtiment est améliorable, nous avons eu une fuite d'eau dans les toilettes qui a été réparée avec une grande réactivité mais une intervention complémentaire sera peut-être nécessaire. l'isolation acoustique est améliorable.
