Pros: Pohodlný byt, čistučký, dobrá lokalita, celé okolie bytového domu krásne čisté, nadherný park a bazén, prenajímateľka veľmi ochotná pomôcť a vyhovieť našim potrebám, určite odporúčam

Cons: Nebolo nič, čo by sa nám nepáčilo, len ako odporučenie by som navrhla do bytu zaobstarať stojan/sušič na vypraté prádlo.

Pros: Новое кондо, есть внутренний дворик с бассейном, с территорией где можно посидеть и провести время. Рядом с бассейном есть лежаки и кресла. Есть неплохой коворкинг где работают люди. Сам апартамент стандартный небольшой со свежим ремонтом, соответствует фото и цене.
