Сделайте что-то с запахом в апартаментах.

Pros: Удобное кондо на тихой улице где есть все: и хорошие кафе и магазины и отели и хорошие массажные салоны. Идти до пляжа минут 15, есть тротуары, дорога удобная.

Cons: На первый взгляд все чисто и нормально, но в апартаментах был ужасный запах плесени и он не проходил, что бы мы ни делали. Видно, что хозяева не ухаживают за квартиркой: В ванной течь на потолке, плесень в тумбе под телевизором. На наши просьбы что-то сделать с запахом принесли освежитель воздуха, который, конечно, не помог. Если бы ни запах, то все было бы хорошо. Уборка раз в три дня, меняют постель и полотенца. Менеджеры не очень оперативно реагировали на наши просьбы: например, 2 дня ждали, чтобы пришел сантехник и сделал нормальный напор в душе, хотя у друзей в соседних апартаментах от других арендодателей пришел в тот же день.
