Pros: The pool area was great, the gym could be bigger but it was better than nothing. Same with the balcony, it is very small but it was still better than nothing, nice to open the door in the morning. Kitchen has basic utensils and we cooked a couple of times, worked fine. 15min walk from Kata beach, and 3min walk to 7 Eleven :)

Cons: There was some construction work in the next room, but it was done mostly during day time so luckily we only heard it a few times (very loud). Small detail but there really should be a dry stand for the dishes, as there is a functional kitchen. Some of the chairs in pool area was partly broken and should be replaced. As written before the balcony is very small but I knew it before I booked, mainly as information here, as there is photos :) Also the bed was rather hard, for me personally it was okay, however some people may find it a bit stiff.

Pros: Staff gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno permesso il check out all'orario utile per riprendere il nostro volo, trovando una soluzione in modo rapidissimo. L'appartamento aveva anche Utensili in cucina e una piccola scorta di condimenti (olio,sale,ecc..) più l'occorrente per provvedere alla pulizia

Cons: La pulizia del bagno poteva essere più approfondita (doccia in particolare).

Posizione ottima e appartamento completamente fornito di tutto ciò che serve.

Pros: Nell’appartamento c’erano tutti i servizi necessari, il bagno spazioso ed una cucina attrezzata, compresi tutti gli elettrodomestici, bollitore, mixer, microonde, un grande frigo con congelatore, stoviglie, pentole e persino una lavatrice in terrazzo.

Cons: La piscina sul tetto non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, era un po’ datata e poco pulita.
