Stephen the host was very helpful and the stay was excellent

Pros: The property is about a ten minute walk to beach and town, The swimming pools are excellent The apartments was lovely and had everything you needed Big enough for a couple

Good value, clean stay. Few staff need some guidance on customer experience

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The key was easy to collect. The view from the apartment is a gorgeous scene over trees and Fantasea. There was plenty of space for a person to spread out over a week in the apartment. Clean, new fridge. Easy parking for the rented scooter and car. Breakfast available in the hotel for around AUD$14 (it's an ok buffet). Although you could walk into town (it's a bit of a walk) there is a free transfer bus. Also, the lobby will not tell you there are great restaurants and food carts if you turn left out of the property and down the side street beside Fantasea. Also a great spa, Oasis.

Cons: The Lobby staff are not the friendliest people you find - point and direct, no advice, impatient. You will not find it easy to walk everywhere from here - good to have a scooter or a car. No extras other than a bottle of water in the room - BYO coffee, tea, salt/pepper, etc. No coffee pot (but the machine is there). Needs a t-towel or two so you can clean up property, as they request (I used a pool towel). My entrance card stopped working an hour before I had to leave. I was locked out of the room with the cleaning staff who were there to \

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was excellent .The resort is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful.The food in the restaurant is very tasty..The swimming pools are great. The aparment was excellent .

Pros: Piękny widok z okna. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko restauracje. Wspaniały basen główny, bar basenowy serwuje bardzo smaczne posiłki. Blisko do pięknej plaży Kamala. Polecam!!!

Veel comfort in mooi complex en goede locatie

Pros: Rustig plek terwijl de restaurants en strand op loopafstand (10 minuten) zijn. Comfortabel bed, douche was goed en voldoende handdoeken. Ook badlakens. In het complex zijn drie zwembaden waarvan twee op het dak. Allartenebt is ruim en mooi uitzicht. Stephane is erg behulpzaam. Transfer vanaf vliegveld was goed geregeld.

Cons: Klein detail. Een droogrekje zou handig zijn.
