Apt S104 Kamala Regent

Lovely apartment

Pros: Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖

Cons: If we had to pick something, Some more hooks/hanging space for towels etc in bathroom and insect screens on windows to let in fresh air without mosquitoes getting in. Otherwise enjoyed everything!

Great value!

Pros: The apartment was great for 2 couples. It was spacious and modern and well appointed. The owner was very responsive to any needs we had and available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. The pool areas were clean and easy to access. The apartment is located about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We took advantage of the owner's offer to arrange transport on arrival and departure at the airport, which was reasonably priced and very much appreciated. We really appreciated having a washing machine to catch up on some laundry as we'd been traveling for a few weeks at the time. There are a few restaurants and a 7-11 right near the complex, but most are a few blocks away on foot. The only complaint I have is that the onsite restaurant was often closed and the cafe staff were rude. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Phuket!

Pros: Apartment was really nice and big that met our needs perfectly! A couple and friend of them stayed here easily with 2 bedrooms and 2 reatrooms! Service was top notch, cant find better even if tried

Cons: If you like to step to the beach right from the lobby, that is not possible, but 15min walk to kamala beach area

Pros: Nice and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a safety and separated from the crowd area, but only 10-15min walk to Kamala beach. There was free parking available for our convenience. The household was supportive during our stay.

Pros: All as expected and shown on the pictures, Landlord was very helpful, answered with in minutes, and he takes really care about his apartment.

Cons: No view, but was not promised, and we should have not expected that at ground floor anyway. A bit noisy on the balcony from surrounding AC's, but inside it was nicely quiet.

Pros: Понравилось все. Очень комфортные апартаменты. Все предусмотрено. Много места, все чисто. Пляж, магазины, кафе, рынок- все в пешей доступности.

Pros: Было все шикарно!!!! От самого жилья до хозяина ,все чудесно!!! Советую!

Pros: Le logement est spacieux , le petit restaurant à l'entrée de la résidence est un grand plus ! Belles piscines, agréable, pas loin de la plage à pied (15 min à pied sans enfant) De nombreux restaurants sont à proximité, un 7/11 à 150 mètres

Pros: Просторная квартира со всеми удобствами. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым, все в рабочем состоянии. Холодильник большой, духовка и варочная поверхность полноразмерная. Вытяжка со своими функциями справляется, особенно когда жаришь. Вода в бассейне чистая.

Cons: Комары. Не критично, но без них было бы лучше :)
