Pros: Peaceful location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars and shops.

Cons: Sauna wasn't open and the showers in both bathrooms was impossible to regulate a comfortable temperature.

Pros: how quiet it was and the stuff excellent communication skills to resolve any issue that I have

Cons: some of the neighbors because they purchased properties that they think they have the authority to tell any tenants to be quiet even during the day I would definitely understand it if it was late at night but during the day you cannot listen to any music slightly loud and you will get slightly annoying neighbors watching you all the time especially the board ones otherwise everything is perfect

Pros: Excellent territory, super green and feels like you live in tropical paradise. The territory is guarded, so you don’t worry about the security. 2 swimming pool with enough of sun beds. The apartment is huge, with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has all small stuff you might need (drying rack, grinder, plates, utensils, mosquito spray etc) The manager (Aom) is super responsive and helpful, all the time available and reachable via WhatsApp. we asked about the umbrella, travel adaptor, extra pillows and she provided all of this instantly. Great value for money, you get even more what you pay for.

Pros: Great big apartment, very well equipped, large private roof top terrace was an amazing add on

Cons: There was no AC in the living room and they charge separately for the consumed electricity

Pros: Loved the pool & gardens. Proximity to restaurants & beach.

Cons: Time to repair broken lock on sliding door from bedroom to back patio.

Pros: Spacious rooms, great territory and facilities, amazing view and comfort. Everything is very clean.

Cons: Electricity is charged separately at a rate of 8 bath per kw. if you use aircon you will pay a lot on top, because rooms are big and insulation is not that great. Room service is once a week.

Pros: The apartment was spacious clean very well set out

Pros: Jim was great the security guard so lovely apple the host was great

5 nights in Bangtao Beach Garden Penthouse

Pros: 1. Excellent apartment and private rooftop (picture attached) 2. Excellent facilities, and relatively close to everything (about 15 minute walk to beach / restaurants / bars ect). Would advise hiring transport though as A$8 (200baht) for a 1.5 km taxi / tut tut (however same prove to go 6 kms). 3. Pool is large, warm and quiet (mainly residential so not many people around) The area is very quiet and peaceful. 4. Excellent value (two bedrooms, however only two of us and still excellent value) 5. Would definitely stay in the same apartment again.

Cons: 1. Main bedroom A/C requires attention. This may have resulted in item 2 2. High electricity bill even though only in apartment for about 9 hours a day (A$100 for five days - as an example friend pays approx A$300 per month electricity bill for three bed villa with pool in Bangtao with A/C running for 12 hours). 3. Main bedroom mattress and pillows could be replaced as starting to sag.
