Excellent stay, shame about the checkout!

Pros: The property is spacious and clean, has everything you need. Pool area is lovely. Location is good, not far from the beach or the centre.

Cons: We wasn’t aware until after we had booked that there was a 7500baht damages deposit this had to be cash! When it came to checking out no one turned up at the pre arranged time, after numerous phone calls, and texts (over three hours) eventually someone answered and turned up. My husband miss out taxi to Krabi with me and my son, however they did cover the extra taxi cost. It was an excellent stay shame about the checkout!

Amazing

Pros: Breakfast was not included but was available at the hotel if you wanted to buy breakfast. The apartment I used was privately owned within the complex

Excellent & Value for money

Pros: This is Room #5212 on 2nd floor, with Pool View. 2 bedroom Grand pool view was spacious, clean & modern. Both Toilets have bidet. Shower pressure is good. Beds & pillows are comfortable. Owner was kind enough to let us leave luggages in room while we go for lunch cos we arrived earlier than check in time.

Cons: The ensuite toilet (Room #5212) in Master bedroom had terrible sewer smell. So strong & smelly. Informed owner & owner sent maintenance to rectify the issue. Sewer smell lessened by 4th day. Also, the room is on 2nd floor right by the pool, so you have to be ok with noises made by the people by the pool. We were awakened one night by people swimming in the pool at 3am.
