Pros: The owner was helpful at any time, answered my questions immediately, even when I sent message at 1am. They provide you with cold water

Cons: Only bad thing is that there is a window between the room and the hall with other apartments, so there was always light in the hall which was coming to my room, also it can get a bit loud
