Host is very responsive

Pros: It’s compact and cosy. There is washing machine provided in addition to the ones in the common area where dryers are located too. There are 2 bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen.

Excellent!

Pros: This property is ideal for a family get away! It is perfectly located in Laguna, with free regular shuttles to the beach, Canal Walk and Boat Avenue. The owner/manager Pavel couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. The building is secure and Grab can deliver food / groceries to the lobby. There are three swimming pools on the roof and playground / gym equipment too.

Great apartment for a short stay in Phuket

Pros: It's a good price and apartment is nice and has all the amenities you need for a short break - though would be good to have a bottle/wine opener

Cons: The instructions could have been better i.e. what block to go to and where the mailroom was located, the lock box did not work but keys were there

Pros: Great appartment, Laguna is perfect location for vacation with kids. There is park next to the estate, sea is 15 minutes walk distance and there are free shuttles, also there is supermarket with everything you need in Laguna.
