Good location for boat avenue ...long walk to beach ( just be careful what you book Wypiwyg )

Pros: We booked the deluxe 2 bed apartment and very pleased . Very spacious clean 2 bathrooms Location was 10 minutes ftom 7 11 store best place was a 30 minute walk to villa market . Rooftop pool was good but too exposed / hot during.the day Staff friendly and helpful.but only there day time NB

Cons: Theres a lot of bad feedback on booking.com about the view / standard of room and.electric charges ... If you book a studio its not gonna be spacious or have a view . If you book well ahead and get a deluxe 2 bedroom ( family of 4 orc2 couples ) youve done well . We had the aircon in the bedroom only at night and sometimes evrning in the lounge cos it was humid .. stayed 7 nights and paid 1300 bahts / £28

Modern studio with lovely rooftop pool and good location!

Pros: Modern condo room with a lovely rooftop pool. Location was also good! The WhatsApp contact number was accommodating.

Cons: Have to pay for electricity charges extra, no cleaning service without a charge and reception services only available from 9am-6pm so but the WhatsApp services still available.

Very clean & modern self contained 1 bedroom apartment in a location in walking distance of the beach & laguna.

Pros: Nice pools and two gyms, the receptionist was really lovely and friendly, cleaners cleaned the room every few days, the apartment was new and spacious

Perfect place to stay

Pros: We stayed in 2bdr 2bth apt. Bright and clean. Early check in. Perfect location even if you don’t rent a bike or car.

Cons: We paid 4000 baht for 2 weeks for electricity.

Big apartment in a great calm location, would recommend.

Pros: Our apartment was great. It was really big clean and comfortable. The location of the condominium is also great. The surroundings are calm and the stores and restaurants are nearby. Also loved the pool on the roof. We booked well in advance so we got a great price. Even though it’s not a hotel, it still feels safe and private.

Pros: The property in general was ok. Close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. You really couldn’t pick a better location. The apartment was comfortable enough and the staff helpful and friendly. The two pools were a bonus when needed. The Wi-Fi was decent and there was a washing machine tucked away to use. We’re surprised to find that cleaners came in every four days to do quick clean, change sheets and towels and refresh toilet paper. That was a nice surprise along with the washing machine as we had asked about that before leaving for holiday but got no proper response. Could do with a small brush and shovel so that between cleaning you can give floor a sweep due to walking in dust and sand.

Cons: The apartment is in dire need of remedial work and updating. The living room net curtains were badly stained at the bottom and need thrown out. We noted this in a review from two years ago that stated this as is the same for the seating in the living room. A burn mark noted two years ago in review still visible though the seating is well worn, uncomfortable to try and sit in as most the time you were slipping off the seats. The two bar stools were well rusted and one, every time you got off squeaked(more rasped) it’s way to resting position. The tv in the living room (what a waste of time), it wasn’t even plugged in though there didn’t seem to be a socket on the wall to plug it into. No satellite tv so all you had were Thai channels to watch anyway in the bedroom. Had a balcony with table and two chairs but unable to use it as two planters are taking up all the necessary space. Gather they are there for privacy as it was the only balcony we could see with them but they took up one quarter of the balcony space. Laminate chipped off cupboards in several places. No pillow protectors and cushions on bed had what looked like sweat stains. A few hooks on bedroom and bathroom doors wouldn’t go astray to hang bathrobes etc on. For some strange reason the kitchen had no hot water so you needed to boil the kettle for hot water to do dishes. Bathroom sink has small hot water unit underneath but not set very hot so water not as hot as liked for shaving.

Pros: Stayed for one month .Love the place in BangTao close to Boat Avenue to walk or bike . Beach can walk in 15. Or Bike in 5m. Clean and roomy place .

Cons: Need more cutlery for long stays

Pros: Great facilities in the room and also a gym and pool. Very clean and would definitely come again

Cons: Had to pay a high deposit which wasn’t made clear when booking and also had to pay for electricity

Pros: The rooms were spacious and fully equipped. The staff were friendly.
