Nice place

Pros: The villa is in a quiet and nice location in Patong. It is new, modern and nicely furnished. Good staff.

Cons: The living room is small for 10 people. The one bedroom on the lower level is small and does not have a comfortable bed. The pillows are also not comfortable. The bathroom at this bedroom has a reverse slope, and the water does not drain. You should know that you can give a deposit of 11,000 thai bahts, which can only be in local currency. In the end, they give it back to you in bahts, which is not convenient because before you leave, you end up with a large amount of local currency. I don't know why it can't be in dollars or euros.

Pros: Sehr große Räume perfekt für große Gruppen, Küchenausstattung zum kochen, großer Esstisch, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Personal, wen Probleme auftreten oder Dinge defekt sind wie beispielsweise das Licht wird das am nächsten Tag behoben.

Cons: Eine Zwischenreinigung für längere aufenthalte sollte inkludiert sein und nicht extra bezahlt werden, Müllsäcke oder einfache Haushaltsmittel sollten zur Verfügung gestellt werden
