Lovely apartment and amazing views, I would 100% return

Pros: The apartments are lovely, clean and spacious. The balcony is a great size and the views are amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable and it’s so peaceful at night. Hosts are friendly and very welcoming. I would 100% stay here again. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the shops and food markets and about 20 minutes to the beach.

Pros: It is a clean, comfortable property.. The host was helpful.. Nice view, water facility, washing machine. Parking space.

Cons: The location is uphill, we had transport so it was not a issue.. But without own transport it might be issue at late night or odd times. Wash room didn't have separate wet and dry area.

Pros: Modern and clean room with a really spectacular view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this if you are looking for a great place to stay, in a quiet area but still very close to Kata centre and beach.

Pros: The owners were great hosts. Great view only 15 minutes walk to the beach.

Pros: The quality of the room, the staff and the view were exceptional.

Cons: The location is a bit off from Kata beach. You need to walk close to 30 min to reach the beach, which for some, may not be easy, especially in hot conditions. The property could provide shuttle service to the beach, which will be helpful.

Pros: Apartment was clean, spacious and had a nice view. Seeing the monkeys “monkeying around” next door was a nice surprise.

Cons: The word “Luxury” might be a bit misleading, it’s a nice place but I wouldn’t call it luxurious (decor is quite outdated). The a/c units outside the bedroom were a bit noisy. There was no option to pay at the time of the booking so I had to pay upon checkin and 3% credit card fee was added to the bill.
