Clean, comfortable, and in a great location

Pros: The apartment was spotless and felt brand new. The layout made excellent use of the small space, feeling both functional and comfortable. It’s in a convenient location, close to a 7-Eleven and plenty of local restaurants. The beach is just a 20-minute walk away, with shuttle options available if you prefer not to walk.

Cons: There is ongoing construction on the land next to the apartment complex, scheduled to continue until the end of 2026. Unfortunately, our balcony faced directly onto the construction site, which was not mentioned in the listing. It didn’t bother us personally, as we weren’t here for a vacation, but if I had been staying for a holiday, I would have been disappointed. There’s frequent loud construction noise, including drilling, starting early in the morning and continuing into the evening.

Great place to stay!

Pros: It was perfect for our family, great to have a fully equipped kitchen and a pool. The location is perfect for accessing Boat Avenue and Laguna.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect for our needs.

Pros: Great location close to plenty of restaraunts. Silent inner yard with a lovely swimming pool. Julia was very helpful and stayed online whenever needed. Higherly recommended! ❤️

Overal tevreden en ik ga deze plaats nog boeken.

Pros: Alles was heel proper en redelijk nieuw. Ik dacht de foto's zullen niet overeenkomen met de werkelijkheid maar de foto's kwamen wel overeen met wat ik had geboekt.

Cons: De toaster was defect bij aankomst en ik heb dit direct laten weten maar we kregen geen nieuwe ter vervanging dus veel tegen aangezien wel elke morgen toast wilden maken.

Очень понравился отдых и проживание в апартаментах

Pros: Апартаменты выше всяких похвал. Заселение было поздним и прошло быстро. Приехали, быстро нашли ключи от лифта, поднялись на этаж и по кодовому замку зашли. Для проживания есть все удобства. Посуда, постельное белье, полотенца. Все чистое. Есть стиральная машинка, пылесос. Все абсолютно новое. Апартаменты расположены в Лагуне. До моря 10-15 минут пешком. Вокруг апартов вся необходимая инфраструктура. Отдельное спасибо Юлии - менеджеру.
