Pros: We were allowed to check in 2 hours before official check in time and given a free upgrade from a studio room to a suite. Staff very nice and pleasant.

Pros: Very nice hotel, lots of space. The pools are nice. The staff is very nice!

Cons: It's not the hotel's fault : the beach is 800 m away and the street is too narrow, unpleasant and dangerous, too much traffic, no sidewalk. But once you are on the beach, it's so beautiful!

Relaxing and comfortable but could be better

Pros: Breakfast was so-so nothing special, no cheese but can order eggs for however you want it to be cooked. Coffee was OK..location was fine, it's between shopping area and beach bars and also tuktuk outside the gate if don't want to use Grab.

Cons: Lack of proper Cleanliness. I would give it 6-8points for cleanliness because of some stain and hair from previous visitors on the floor (not on the bed at least) The drawer handles in the closet area were all broken. They could use a different door sign for DO NOT DISTURB because the wind will blow it away and then the cleaner will come in while you're away because the sign was blown away.

Pros: I liked the 26 meter pool you could enjoy a good swim there.

Cons: They cleaned the pool 1 particular day, and the water still wasn't clear when I was leaving 3 days after. For this I would give a dissatisfied review on the pool.

Pros: It is really nice, clean, amazing staff and easy to move around.

Cons: Toilet had some smell, but is was clean and maybe needs some maintaince.

A lot of new buildings has happened since we were there last 7 years ago

Pros: Location Room with kitchen and a small dining area can make your own meals

Cons: A lot of building going on but the noise from that we couldn’t hear

Staff were excellent, rooms clean, close to beach and Boat Avenue

Pros: Property is quiet, well maintained and comfortable.

Cons: It’s a little older, but still clean and comfortable

So far very happy.

Pros: We got upgraded to a bigger room, we decided to stay another 10 nights as it's excellent value for the money we paid.There is a 7/11 close by, not yet on Google maps.

Cons: The location is not great, no footpaths, very busy little roads make walking about difficult. There was a bad drain smell on our first day but we covered the drain on the bathroom floor with the mat and has been fine since.
