Ban Tha Ton Do Koh Yao noi

Pros: We were greeted with hospitality by Sasina, her son brought us from the Pier, even though we arrived by boat earlier than the time we had announced we would arrive. The room was very clean, quiet, there were no insects, the breakfast on the house was welcome, as was the coffee that we had available at any time. We rented a motorbike from the host, and we explored the island enjoying spectacular landscapes, wild beaches, rubber tree plantations, palm trees and coconut trees. In a rural area, surrounded by natural elements we had all the comforts of a luxury hotel: cleanliness, tranquility, air conditioning, cable TV, private terrace, streaming networks and internet. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Pros: I love staying in this part of the Island, the house was super nice if you are looking to stay in a house that is more traditional. I loved our stay in this house. It has a very nice shared terrace that allows you to look directly into magroves and it gives you a magical feeling of being more connnected to the nature.

Cute rustic stay a scooter is needed but makes it more fun .would definitely return

Pros: Cosy rustic feel .. the lady who run the place really couldn’t do enough for us . We had complimentary breakfast made by her . She used her own car to pick us up for 200thb .

Cons: The walls could do with sound proofing and the shower a bit hotter but the actual shower pressure was the best in Thailand yet !

Pros: We stayed at Sadina’s Airbnb for two nights and we really enjoyed it. The room was so clean and exactly as described. Sasina was really responsive before our stay and even offered to pick us up from the pier. She was so friendly and welcoming and showed us that there was plenty to do on the island. We rented a moped from her directly which was quick and easy- she showed us how to use it too! She offers a complimentary breakfast in the morning with the prettiest views of the mangroves. We would 100% come back and recommend to a friend.

An amazing stay with perfect hospitality

Pros: We had a excellent stay at Ban Tha Ton Do. The room was very comfortable and we loved staying in this small fishing village. If you are looking for a authentic experience you should absolutely stay here! And last and not least our host was amazing and made our stay even better! Her recommendations were spot on and we appreciated all the delicious regional specialties she introduced us to. Her breakfasts with view into the mangroves was extremely enjoyable!

Pros: We stayed at Ban Tha Ton Do Resort on Koh Yao Noi for two nights and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a small, peaceful accommodation with only three guest rooms, which makes it feel quiet and personal. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The absolute highlight of our stay was the host, Sasina. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—one of those people who instantly makes you feel at home. She kindly picked us up from the pier when we arrived and was always happy to help with anything we needed. Scooters are available to rent directly at the property, laundry service is offered, and everything is very reasonably priced. The location is quiet and relaxing, but since Koh Yao Noi is such a small island, you’re only minutes away from everything anyway. We would definitely recommend staying here and very much look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice place on the quiet side of KYN

Pros: A very comfortable accommodation on the quieter side of the island. Sasina is a great host and will arrange transfers and tours, and provide a good, simple breakfast. The room is very clean and comfortable with excellent AC and hot shower. Koi Yao Noi is small so everything is easily accessible by moped, but in this immediate are you have a couple of good restaurants, excellent walks through the mangroves and rice paddies, great sunsets from the pier, and a nice deck at the accommodation overlooking the mangroves.

Cons: The rooms are not super soundproof - if you have noisy neighbours you may hear them, but most people are on this side of the island for peace anyway.

Pros: Very authentic, quite place, our host Sasina was super helpful and very kind.

An unexpected enjoyable experience.

Pros: This was lovely opportunity to stay in a local community on Koh Yao Nội. Ideally it would be good to have your our transport. In our case Sasina, our host, drove us to the local beach about 20 minutes away. The local restaurant less than a minutes walk was excellent and we ate there on both nights of our stay. Sasina was a great host and very helpful.

Cons: Perhaps the relative remoteness it the could easily be overcome and in any case added to the charm of the place.
