Pros: Just a lovely hotel quite good value 4 money easy to get to from nice beach

Pros: The location is perfect, if you want to stay away from messy touristy part of Phuket. It's quiet, peaceful, the Layan Beach is within walking distance. The breakfast is good, with a selection of Asian &European dishes. The Staff overall is polite and nice. Good gym.

Cons: If you don't drive a bike it will be challenging to get around, the nearest 7-11 is a little bit far on the road. The waiting time in the restaurant can be very long. And although the hotel is pet-friendly, you need to keep the pet inside a carry-on in the lobby. The main negative impression comes from the fact that one of the buildings (which we were living in actually) is near the construction site, this can be really discomforting, but we had luck - our windows were facing the other side.

Exceptional

Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay. This is a new Residence straight behind the main Resort with connection to the pools , breakfast place , bar and restaurant. Very well done gardens around the pools , gym and pool bar until late at the evening. We rented a moto for our whole stay and the parking place was secured 24 hours. Walking distance to Layan beach and shops 7/11 The rooms are specious , all new furniture designed , provided a daily stay over service. Exceptional breakfast. Pros: Very clean and modern room facilities. Never seen a remote control flush before. Zaidi was very kind and helpful when I lost my phone on the beach / it was retrieved thanks to his help.

Cons: Just a walk down a busy road to the beach / no big deal

Highly recommend this hotel for the staff, location and settings.

Pros: The staff very service minded and pleasent location. Great rooms and the pool areas well planned with beautiful green areas.

Brand new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, quiet area it is good for peaceful short holidays!

Pros: Was very limited of selettion due to low number of customers but you don't miss any thing in term of quality and nutritional for both Asain and International. Location is great to those who look for quiet vacation, convenience to escape to where ever you want to exploring like boat avenue, beach, especailly close to Phuket International Airport.

Cons: The Beach is walking distance but could be nice if hotel can offer golf car instead of aircondition, the road from hotel to the beach is quite narrow I suggested to take the hotel shottle bus which is runing every hours during the day time.

Quiet areas whereas suited to family and people who wants isolation stay!

Pros: Great breakfast I got an upgrated offer to join breakfast at main hotel, 400 meters walk to the Layan beach.

Cons: I was unlucky due to rainy day during my stay period but enjoy sightseeing at boat avenue which were a lot of choices for dinning over there.

In overall, my stay was memorable one, good price and good location. new open hotel.

Pros: Since the hotel is under the construction period but allowed to used the facilities at Laya Resort which was acceptable and received the service from 5 star standard which was unexpected.

Cons: The public road was narrow and felf not safe when walk to the beach, but was okay for now due to less tourism in this area.

Pros: Удобная локация. Рядом 7/11 минут 7 пешком, пляж

Cons: Стройка идет , но мне лично это не мешало . Учитывая что сон чуткий

Pros: Sieht alles noch ziemlich neu aus. Alles in allem war es ein entspannter Aufenthalt, wenn man in Phuket landet und etwas abschalten möchte.

Cons: Haben wir nichts auszusetzen.
