Pros: The free coffee in the morning was a lovely touch, the staff where all lovely, if you want to be in the hustle and bustle, the location is great, however being a tiny bit up a hill keeps the place tranquil!

Cons: There is no soundproofing - so if you’re unlucky to have noisy neighbours, it could be annoying!

The Best!

Pros: Had the best stay! Staff are lovely and welcoming, rooms and building very clean and modern. So close to great bars, food spots and the beach.

It’s ok, but not coming back.

Pros: Overall, the hotel is not bad. Staff is friendly and polite. The location is quite convenient: there is a 7-Eleven just two minutes away on foot, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk, which is nice. However, there was one very serious downside. Our room had a very strong smell of mold, and we even noticed mold on the walls. Because of this, both of us started to have allergy problems. It made our stay really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to this issue, we will not stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The room was very quiet with great soundproofing, and the beds were comfortable. I slept really well throughout my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom for the entire stay, which was quite unpleasant. Also, our room faced the lobby, so we couldn’t open the curtains at all. Anyone entering the hotel could see directly into our room, which made it impossible to have any privacy if the curtains were open.

Pros: It is a cozy hotel and friendly reception. Totally recommend it!

Excellent stay. Would stay again

Pros: The room was clean and as described in the listing. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was strong and could easily adjust the temperature. The staff were friendly too. The hotel is just off the main road but is super quiet, we had no problem with noise.

Pros: Great location right in the centre of the shops and restaurants, and just a short walk down to the beach. We only stayed for one night and would’ve loved to stay longer. They also offer laundry service, which is a fantastic bonus when you’re travelling around!

Great place to stay in the heart of Ao nang - super friendly professional staff

Pros: Once again we stayed at Mini House Ao Nang. As with previous occasions we really enjoyed it there. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Modern decor, effective aircon and a well designed bathroom/ensuite where the shower does not splash the whole bathroom - that is excellent too. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional and very attentive to requests. I had asked for a quiet room and 2201 at the back was very quiet, you hardly hera any street noise at all. The location is perfect with a 7/11 right next door, a great breakfast place 2 doors down and Divers inn Restaurant only a 5 minute walk away. A 10 minute stroll brings you to the best massage place in Ao Nang - Sukothai, I can highly recommend it, they are super professional and highly skilled. A stroll down to the beach takes about 15 to 20 minutes so you don't need your car all the time. We enjoyed our stay and will book Ao Nang Mini House again in the future.
