Aonang Ocean View Studio ( The Sea Condo )

Pros: Quiet rural location. Half an hour walk to the beach and shops. Enjoyed the pool and social area around it. Onsite security were attentive when we tried to re-enter the property after dark and were unsure how to get back in. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

Cons: Sofa/ sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The journey to the beach/shops and restaurants was treacherous in places as no footpaths so had to walk into live traffic. Paying extra for taxis at night as the road was too dangerous to walk in the dark. Never got to meet the host and was only told an hour or so before check in/out that they weren't available leading us to believe they don't live near the accommodation. Bathroom is very tired with a cracked sink and the plug gets stuck in the sink. The towel rail fell off the fixings if used as was held together with screws that weren't part of the design.

We had a wonderful holiday at the apartment, ours landlord was easy to communicate with.

Pros: The apartment was in a good location. Shops near by. 15 minutes walk into Ao Nang. On the way down to Ao Nang plenty of restaurants and bars. So all in all a perfect location for ourselves.

Cons: Could do with a fan. So no need to but air con on as much as possible.

relaxing, laid-back holiday, quiet but near shops, markets, beach restaurants (advice: rent scouter)

Pros: We liked the well equipped kitchen, Wifi was working always and very good location

Cons: Swimming pool a litle bit too small for passionate swimmer

Pros: Me encantó la ubicación y el apartamento como tal muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Cerca a los mejores restaurantes de Ao nang.

Pros: Our host priyanut was amazing ..she attended to our queries instantly and assisted us .the rooms were clean ,the housekeeping was 10/10..the location was good..it was worth the stay

Pros: La propreté, le silence, studio à l’état neuf. Propriétaire très sérieux. À donner de bons conseils des le début. Tout était prévu jusqu’au premier champion. Le loueur de scooter juste à côté de l’immeuble est très sérieux et disponible.

Cons: Obligé de louer un moyen de transport, car pas de transport en commun .

Pros: Dobrá,tichá lokalita,veľmi príjemné prostredie,krásny apartmán a ochotný majiteľ. Ďakujeme!

Appartement au calme

Pros: Appartement au 7eme étage dans un environnement calme. Bonne literie, salle de bain propre. Lave linge et distributeur d'eau au rez-de-chaussée très pratique. Propriétaire disponible pour répondre à nos questions rapidement.

Cons: Assez éloigné de la plage et de la route principale. En cas de long séjour, le ménage intermédiaire n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la location (490 Bath)

Pros: La piscine et le fait d'avoir 2 télé et 2 clim, chambre et cuisine. le fait de disposer d'une séparation entre la cuisine et la chambre pour ceux qui se lève tot et d'autres non. le fait d'être en appart et avoir son autonomie totale. Et la loueuse de scooter au coin de la rue qui fait de super prix pour les excursions (Tiger et Leo tour)

Cons: Il est demandé de ne pas laver les serviettes de toilettes par contre il faut payer 490 bath par semaine pour faire nettoyer son appart ces frais devraient êtres inclus dans le tarif (2€/jour) lorsque l'on prend plusieurs semaines. les ventilateurs des clims sont sur le balcon ou c'est intenable quand la clim est en marche que ce sois vent ou chaleur. Concernant les couverts c'est 1 chacun pas de surplus 2 fourchettes 2 cuillères on ne peut même pas inviter un ami à boire un verre il n'y en a que 2. Sans ces quelques remarques nous aurions pu mettre 10/10.
