Pros: Clean and tidy perfect for a few days on the island

Cons: The stairs but they’re everywhere so its not a big issue

Good hotel at a low price

Pros: After reading the reviews, I wasn’t expecting much, but everything turned out much better than expected. The room was clean, the linens were fresh, the air conditioning worked properly, and even a small set of toiletries was provided. For the price of the accommodation, this was more than enough to call the stay a success.

Cons: The walls were very thin, so you could clearly hear the street and your neighbors, but we were lucky and it was quiet at night. The hotel was located away from the noisy streets, so the nightly parties were inaudible.

Loved it!

Pros: We loved everything about place, we stayed here for 6 days, yes it is a bit far from the pier but didn't matter plus a little incline just before the hotel which was ok compared to the other hotels after this one they have a brutal climb. Laundry is in house that's great, shops nearby, I would definitely want to stay here again and recommend it for a twin ac sharing room with balcony, you can lightly hear music coming from the party shacks till late night through the thin walls. I guess one can hear it all around phi phi too. Overall a superb experience thank you.

Pros: the location is very good, the place is clean . the staff was very friendly

Cons: the 1st room that we have has no view from the window and that made me feel like I was trapped. Also that made the bathroom be a bit mouldy. Then we move to the 3th floor and there we had balcony and a view to the sea.

Pros: The staff were lovely, room was clean and loved the location slightly out of the hustle and bustle! great area for sunsets

Cons: Only bad thing is you can hear everything people are saying in neighbouring rooms and can hear the Ibiza beach club loud all night

Pros: It’s difficult to find good value accommodation in phi phi but this is definitely a good place to stay. Great value for money. Clean and great staff.

Pros: Staff is really nice and friendly. Hotel is clean and has all the basic stuff you need for few nights. Location is near by everything

Cons: If you are a light sleeper this place might not be for you, Phi phi is loud almost every night and this hotel has very thin windows and walls. The outside of the hotel is not the nicest cause they are still building this part of the island. These things didn’t really bother us tho

Very good

Pros: Very good . A little bit far away from centre but this you already know before book. Good value for the money you pay . The lady in the reception and everybody associated with the hotel are very kind .

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful. The area is welcoming and beautiful. The monkeys sit on the rooftops opposite. The help getting your bags to/from the ferry was extremely useful. Would definitely stay here again.
