Great 4 night stay with great service by housekeeper Khun Win

Pros: Great attention given by the housekeepers. Place is very well maintained and clean. Location is near amenities (massage places, pharmacies, etc) and food options. Visited daily by Snoopy the neighborhood cat!

Cons: Air condition in the living room is not cold enough. One of the rooms' TV controller was missing (understand from the housekeeper that it was taken by the previous occupant). These are just nitpickings though.

Highly recommended

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Phuket. We especially loved the beautiful design, the peaceful atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff, the private pool, and the overall level of service. Win and the team were kind enough to acknowledge and show care for our mom’s birthday, which we truly appreciated.

Cons: Some of the facilities could have been better maintained, but this did not affect our enjoyment in any way.

Beautiful clean villa with nice pool and yummy breakfast -- perfect for families with young kids

Pros: This is an exceptional stay for families with young kids. We loved everything about the villa from the staff to the pool and the breakfast and the koi fish pond. Very relaxing. Very clean and beautiful place. The staff was super helpful as well -- helping us to arrange transport and recommend places to go with kids. We hope to return!

Cons: There was nothing to dislike about the villa. We hope to come back.

A beautiful villa, designed very well and decorated in an eclectic Asia theme, which works perfectly

Pros: 'Win' our villa manager was totally superb from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. 'Win' is also an awesome chef, creating daily delicious breakfasts and the occasional evening meal. The villa was a calm oasis just off the main road in Surin. The pool was clean and refreshing, plus planned very well as a communal area, with enough privacy for each villa's guests.

Cons: Perhaps a more defined area just outside the pool steps, to ensure the next door villa keeps to their area versus ours....we moved a couple of sunbeds to that area (family of six but only four next to pool), only to find the next door villa started to use these the following day. A very small point but perhaps worth thinking about.

Pros: This villa was exceptional, both inside and out. The photos cannot do it justice as the grounds were breathtaking. As someone who appreciates a beautiful garden, I found it hard to leave as there was just endless opportunities to appreciate its design by Fred and his wife. The stay was made even more amazing by Win and Tan, the two young men who visited daily to prepare breakfast and keep the place immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped arrange trips, taxis, meals, in fact anything we needed help with. They were discrete, attentive and incredibly friendly and we would thoroughly recommend requesting them to cook in the evenings. What a great chef Win is!

Beautiful luxury stay with family!

Pros: Everything! Especially liked the staff Win & Than. They were always accommodating and willing to help. Great Breakfast in the morning. Helped with ordering taxis and getting reservations at the beach club.

Cons: Nothing!
