Pros: Value for money, good caretakers who came by when required, good, clean swimming pool, tasteful landscaping with large plants around the open areas. Huge living area and ample lighting throughout the day.

Cons: Smell in the master bedroom's toilet, maybe it was present because of the rain in June. Additional cost of electricity was on the upper side.
