Wonderful - just really budget a bomb for electric!

Pros: What a find - possibly the best idea we have had staying in a villa with so much space, its own pool and so close to the main street area. It is exactly what you see in the pictures - clean and an absolute dream to have that extra space. It is in more of a residential area so no noise at night - so amazing and virtually no lights keeping you awake either. Still only a five minute walk to the bars, places to eat and hire locations. Loved it!

Cons: The electricity was huge! I budgeted on the Thai average house for expats and we do not like air-con so hardly used and it was still 300% more that was expected. I think the pool pump running most of the time did not help.
