Perfect retreat style getaway in heavenly seclusion!
Pros: What an incredible property and an amazing stay. Everything about this villa exceeding my expectations and was the comforting start to a working holiday. From lounging on the deck to cooking in the well stocked outdoor kitchen - my only regret is we could not stay longer. The people looking after us including our friendly fluffy companion were wonderfully accommodating and helpful. The property was spotlessly clean, came with breakfast set up, coffee, noodles, water and daily cleaning. The location is incredible, bring reef shoes if you plan on snorkelling or swimming or simply sit back and watch the longtail boats pass you by. The near by area of Rawai is bustling with good shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and is famous for the freshly caught seafood coming out of the bay. I am already planning my next visit!
Cons: Neighbours were a little noisy late at night, but nothing to worrying. Mosquitos could be an issue, but easily managed with provided insect repellent and being mindful to keep bedroom doors closed.

A perfect seaside villa, where you can enjoy the entire quiet beach.
Pros: This villa has an incredibly beautiful sea view. Walking for two minutes can lead to a quiet beach, or you can go down the cliff and snorkeling, where you can see many fish and crabs. The room was renovated, very clean and spacious. Suitable for family or friends to stay together.

Pros: Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Rawai. La maison est magnifique, avec une vue absolument incroyable et une jolie plage encore préservée juste en contrebas. Elle est idéalement située, à quelques pas de deux délicieux petits restaurants. Rawai Beach est également accessible à pied, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les petites îles situées en face. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Cons: Wir waren im Zimmer neben der Küche - und hat ein Spiegel und ein Schrank gefehlt. Ansonsten top 👍🏻

Amazing location to unwind and experience laid back island life
Pros: Excellent property, spent 5 days here but wish we could stay longer. The views are incredible, the house has been designed incredibly well, and the property is well stocked. Appreciate the little things like the Thai style lounge, and the sneaky views of the sea from the shower. Everything has been thought of meticulously here, which is excellent. Beautiful sunrises, very peaceful and quiet, private location away from the crowds. We could order food through the Grab app every day without issue, and the cleaning staff and Mr. Kon presented wonderful Thai hospitality. No complaints whatsoever.
Cons: The location was perfect for us, nearby Rawai area was very laid back and had good eateries as well. That being said, if you want to experience the nightlife of Patong, or the colonial charm of Old Phuket, expect a good 45 min drive each way. Having a car certainly came in handy!

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, oberhalb vom touristisch belebten Örtchen Rawai und bietet tolle Ausblicke aufs Meer. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten mit mehreren Terrassen und Liegeflächen und einer gut funktionierenden Außenküche und einem Grill, der auf Nachfrage für einen in Gang gesetzt wird. Es gibt mehrere kleine Restaurants am Hügel, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Es gibt zwar nur einen kleinen Badestrand, zu dem man in wenigen Minuten von der Villa hinabsteigen kann, aber es ist einfach, ein Taxi zu bestellen, um ins Zentrum oder zu anderen Stränden zu fahren. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit.
