Ya Nui Beach Villas

Lovely accommodation. Very clean. Great location though on the expensive end.

Pros: Lovely layout and decor. We loved the private pool & relaxing outside. It was really clean & a great location being walking distance from restaurants (about 15m walk). There was also a 7 eleven about 5 min from the property. Air con & fans were appreciated!

Cons: For the price I’d have expected the bottled water to be topped up & also more of a welcome basket of bits. We stayed for 5 nights & it was pretty expensive (to be fair it was the busiest time so sure that pushes the prices up) so although it was lovely, it was a bit pricey.

Pros: A great place to wind down after 5 weeks of travelling. Hosts were fantastic. Would definately stay here again.

Pros: This visit i came with my friens, we all had a great time kayaking and snorkeling on yanui beach. The villas are in an are thats really quiet and its also not too far away from everything its in the perfect location. The villa is very close to 3 different beaches.

Pros: The villa was very beautiful, everything was so modern and clean. the staff help us with all our requests and the area is perfect for beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and massage service. they gave us bicycles free to use, we had so much fun. the snorkeling at ya nui beach near the villas was so colorful and so many fish. we liked it so much here that we keep extending our stay.

The best holiday we have ever had

Pros: Absolutely fabulous villa and so bear the beach one of my top 5 places I have ever stayed and I have stayed in a lot of places , staff were fantastic and helped in every way we need them too we will be back in August for our next adventure see you all soon

Amazing house

Pros: Perfect house for a family. The staff and Daniel were all great and helpful with anything we needed during our stay.

Great villa for family or friends holiday -

Pros: We had a great family holiday and the villa was great for our stay, great location for walking to loads of restaurants

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - just as feedback a key lock box for leaving the key would be a good feature

Good and enjoyable stay with my family.

Pros: A BBQ set was provided if we choose to use it. Location was close to the Ya Nui beach, grocery shops and the Rawai Seafood Market. A pair of bicycles were provided if we want to ride to the convenient shops or beach.

Cons: 1. There should be more lights in the living hall near the kitchen area. 2. The switches should be properly labelled so that we know which switch to press and not start pressing every switch to just turn on the lights. 3. Housekeeping should give us a call to let us know that the pool man is coming to maintain the pool instead of him turning up unannounced at night (i.e. 8pm) to clean and service the pool. 4. The pool tile edges at the steps should have rounded edges. Currently, the step edges are sharp and could injure someone if they are not careful.

Great property close to cafes, massages and beaches.

Pros: Arrived to a clean house. Housekeeping staff were super polite and friendly. The premises was cleaned daily and they are lovely villas to stay in. Daniel the host was very helpful. Ample restaurants easily accessible by Grab/rental car (highly recommend this) or walking (although not a kid friendly walk). We enjoyed our stay at Ya Nui Villas.
