A fantastic vaccation

Pros: The villa is beautifully made.. spread across 5 levels.. overlooking the vast expanse and ocean.. fantastic view.. Overall very clean and tidy.. the pool on Level 2 overlooking the cliff gives a very premium feel enveloping the natural landscape at the same time.. Living hall on level 4 is huge with separate dining and living section.. Exceptional support from the property management.. Ms. Ploypan was very supportive and made all efforts to make our stay fantastic.. the support team Dan and others were very helpful.. in terms of accomodating our request.. Fantastic stay and experience.. Definitely should be on anyone looking at as a staying option.. Thank you team for the excellent time and making our stay comfortable and memorable..

Cons: Lift/elevator was missed.. adding the same will be a big plus..

Pros: Large Villa with spacious rooms, great for our group trip, pool and kitchen area were excellent communal spots and the breakfast included was prepared fresh every morning by wonderful staff. All staff were incredibly lovely and helpful with good English.

Cons: Some minor issues with cleanliness in bathrooms or smells in rooms and shower water pressure. Note that the property is at the top of a steep hill, not an issue for our group but may be difficult for older individuals.
