Good stay overall

Pros: Good for big group of people, not bad pool, fully equipped kitchen and has all necessary stuff. 4 bedrooms, 3 have master bathrooms, 1 is sharing near kitchen. Owner is nice and helpful. Beautiful view.

Cons: A bit far from main activities so consider that. Walking is real but hard. Villa is on uphill, always to walk is unreal. One little shop is nearby which is TOP 24hrs.

Pros: Spacious, clean, kitchen and bathroom is well equipped, friendly host (Hiede). Came with my family (7 pax) and the kids had so much fun in the villa and the pool. We had a smooth stay in the villa. Away from noise as well. Overall, the property is great! if coming with elderly and kids, you will need to get transport to and from villa daily. But if you are with young group of friends, walking up and down the hill slopes to and from villa to get to patong beach and restaurants is an easy 12-15mins walk with nice overview of Patong beach. Our family did that walk on the last day, really nice view as we walk down the hillside.

Pros: The host was very friendly and welcoming , she waited at the villa to greet us and show us around despite our arrival time flight was late night, that's a plus. the villa is so clean and has a positive vibes with clear sunshine. the area is quite and safe it is a residential high area. there is a mini market and laundry just a walking distance. there is a great pizza resturants open at 5 pm, the owner is so friendly he engaged with us on a very interesting conversation. This is definitely my to go to spot whenever i am visiting Phuket next time.
