Pros: This villa is absolutely wonderful—very clean, well maintained, and with friendly, excellent service. My family and I had a private chef, which we requested through the staff, and the chef prepared delicious meals for us. Everything was perfect, and we would love to come back and stay at this villa again.

Pros: สิ่งที่ชอบเกี่ยวกับที่พักในครั้งนี้คือบรรยากาศโดยรวมที่ให้ความรู้สึกเงียบสงบ เป็นส่วนตัว เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริงค่ะ ตัววิลล่ามีพื้นที่ใช้งานกว้างขวาง จัดสรรพื้นที่ได้ดี ทำให้รู้สึกสบาย ไม่อึดอัด ประทับใจสระว่ายน้ำมาก บรรยากาศรอบ ๆ ดี สามารถใช้เวลาพักผ่อนได้เต็มที่ทั้งช่วงกลางวันและช่วงเย็น อีกหนึ่งสิ่งที่ชอบคือมีพื้นที่จอดรถสะดวก ทำให้การเดินทางเข้า-ออกง่าย ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องที่จอดรถเลยค่ะ ตัววิลล่ามีต้นไม้เยอะมากค่ะมีอุปกรณ์ต่างๆให้ครบครันเลย รวมถึงสามารถไปชายหาดได้ภายในไม่กี่นาทีด้วยค่ะชายหาดที่ใกล้ตัววิลล่ามีพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยมากบริเวณรอบข้างมีร้านอาหารมากแต่ภายในตัววิลล่าเงียบสงบไม่ได้ยินเสียงรถเลยค่ะ

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Layana Residence in Phuket! The villa was beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and located in a peaceful and quiet area just a short walk from the soft sands of Layan Beach, which made every moment so relaxing and enjoyable.  The space felt very private and serene — perfect for couples or anyone wanting a calm getaway. The accommodation itself was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. It was easy to unwind here and truly feel like I was in a peaceful retreat.  What I loved most was the sense of privacy and the great location — it’s tucked away from busy tourist spots but still close enough to cafés, lifestyle hubs, and beaches, which made exploring really convenient.  Overall, the villa was beautiful and clean, the environment was calm and private, and the setting was simply lovely. I would absolutely love to come back again someday!

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this brand-new private pool villa near Layan Beach. The villa features a beautiful modern tropical design, and everything feels fresh, well thought out, and very comfortable. The smart home system was super easy to use, with touch panels at the entrance and in each room to control the lights, pool, curtains, and air conditioning. It made everything feel smooth and seamless throughout our stay. The pool area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, so it feels very private. The service was excellent — the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. There’s also private parking with an EV charging outlet, which was a great added convenience. Overall, it was such a well-done and comfortable stay. Everything just felt easy and taken care of. If you’re looking for a comfortable, high-tech, and private getaway in Phuket, I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Эта вилла очень хорошо спроектирована и невероятно чистая. Моя семья и я были действительно впечатлены персоналом и их превосходным обслуживанием. Вся мебель и удобства совершенно новые, а расположение очень удобное — в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа Лаян и недалеко от центра Пурто. Я был очень доволен своим пребыванием здесь и действительно насладился временем, проведенным на этой вилле.
