Pakistan 🇵🇰

Pros: Excellent property in the Laguna area of Phuket. The house is spacious, with comfortable beds and seating all round. The space is very calm and quiet and you get a full sense of privacy throughout your stay. Having a live in help also ensures there's a point of contact in case of any problems. They prepare breakfast as per your liking as well. All close amenities are a 5 min taxi away, as are good coffee shops and restaurants. The Laguna beach is 10-15 mins taxi away.

A very nice and well-designed pool villa with sufficient en-suite bedrooms to suit my big family perfectly.

Pros: I1) It is a perfect pool villa for our big family of 10 persons with 7 en-suite bedrooms so that we can play, relax and enjoy under one roof happily 😬 2) The villa is new and spacious with designer vibe, separate with different family room/ sections and the view of the golf course is gorgeous. 3) A warm welcome from the management’s pretty lady staff upon our arrival. Both the pretty lady staff and the owner’s helper are very nice in booking dining venues and activities, preparing breakfast and making up our bedrooms during our stay🙏🏻 4) The owner, Mr.. Gautam, is kind enough to play a visit to the villa on our date of departure and chatted w us 👍

Cons: 1) Be prepared of no water/ sea view from the villa (which is understandable as the villa is in golf course area) 2) No American pool table for the teenagers to play with 3) No particular indoor air-conditioning gym room with treadmill (only some weight and a cycle placed on the roof area ) 4) The mahjong table is not the automatic one

Lovely villa that blew us away the moment we stepped in

Pros: Clean and well-kept house. Spacious and well-lit interiors. Air-conditioning is sufficient and showers have adequate hot water for 10 of us. In-house helper is friendly and helpful and capable. Quiet and peaceful area

Cons: Swimming pool has sharp edges. Had occasional difficulty with Netflix, Disney+ access.

Away from the hustle bustle from Patong. Calm and quite space. Highly recommended for families.

Pros: Everything from entering the villa. Very well greeted by the owner Mr Gautam. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Excellent outdoor sitting with an excellent view of the golf course. The caretaker kept the house neat and clean after we checked out of the property. Daily cleaning amazed us. The interiors of the house are beautiful , it feels like home or how we want our vacation homes to look like. Also the beaches nearby are excellent to visit

Excellent villa with great service

Pros: Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Made eggs Benedict especially for me! Our hostess kept the place clean and worked very long hours for us - organised free transfers etc.

Cons: Would be great to offer an in house dining service - the house is fantastic for eating in.
