Pros: Lots of space. Great pool area. Out of town but still convenient. All round comfortable!

Loved our stay and would happily recommend this Villa to family and friends

Pros: The property was lovely. Comfortable and clean. Situated a little away from the centre of Kata and the beach but that was perfect for us. Spent lots of time in the beautiful pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Bom was extremely helpful with any questions or needs that we had. Thank You Bom.

Cons: Not really a dislike but there are about 40 steps to get up to the Villa so maybe not for someone with mobility issues.

One of the best

Pros: this villa is great. booked several in Phuket as we used to visit here once a year. This villa surely is one of the best. Close to beach and everything, friendly and helpful hosts. A wellness centre next door with SPA and all kinds of Yoga activities. Definitely wants to come back

Pros: The host Bom was brilliant, couldn’t have done enough for us to feel comfortable. Very impressed with the Villa, excellent views & super clean!

Cons: Had issues with the air-con in one of the bedrooms but Bom was fair with us about resolving it

Wonderful

Pros: The setting is very beautiful! The pool provided is also very clean. Check in was very easy, the owner will meet you on arrival and give you a tour of the villa and is always available to help with any questions. My friend and I were very happy with our stay!

Pros: Чистота,на все просьбы реагировали быстро! Красивый вид с крыши,особенно с крыши.

Cons: Бассейн на двоих хозяев,но для нас это был не минус. До магазина 10-15 минут пешком,обратно в гору,кто не любит ходить,то будет тяжело..для нас это тоже был не минус,все отлично.

Pros: Прекрасная вилла,отличный ремонт ,все очень при очень ухоженно!!!!Хозяин и его сын прекрасные люди,всегда на связи и если нужна помощь ,сразу же помогают❤️ Советуем данное жилье ,10 из 10☺️ Но ,хотелось бы отметить ,вилла находится на возвышенности с маленькими детьми ,пожилым людям добираться до моря не совсем удобно!Только машина ,либо байк!!!
