إقامة مريحة تمنح شعورًا جميلًا بالهدوء و الاسترخاء.

Pros: الڤيلا كانت هادئة جدًا ونظيفة، والفريق كان متعاونًا ومريحًا في التعامل وينفذ جميع الطلبات بكل لطف. الإطلالة والمسبح رائعان، ووجود صالة رياضية داخل الڤيلا كان إضافة جميلة ومريحة خلال الإقامة.

Cons: كانت إقامتنا جميلة ومريحة، ونشكر فريق الفيلا على اللطف في التعامل. لكن نود مشاركة ملاحظة صغيرة بخصوص خدمة الشيف. بعد الحجز تواصلنا مع مديرة الفيلا لطلب شيف خاص، وتمت الموافقة، واعتقدنا أن إعداد الأطباق سيتم في مطبخ الفيلا أمامنا كجزء من التجربة. انتظرنا الشيف لفترة، ثم تم إبلاغنا لاحقًا بأن الطهي سيتم في مطبخ خارجي وسيتم فقط تقديم الأطباق جاهزة على الطاولة. للأسف هذا لم يكن ما توقعناه، وشعرنا ببعض خيبة الأمل لأن التجربة لم تكن كما تصورناها ملاحظة إضافية: لاحظنا أيضًا أن رف الحمام مصنوع من الزجاج بدون حواجز، بالإضافة إلى أن عبوات الشامبو والصابون الزجاجية قد تكون غير آمنة قليلًا للضيوف، خاصة مع الأرضيات المبللة. نأمل النظر في هذا الأمر مستقبلًا لزيادة مستوى السلامة.
