Pros: Great location. Eric is a very helpful and communicative host. The villa is very close to the beach and you can walk to good restaurants and shops and night market under 10 minutes from here. Definitely recommend for big groups.
Cons: The pool is a bit smaller than I expected.

Pros: Just one word: Perfect! A beautifully decorated, spacious villa with all amenities ( even a washing maschine and a tumble dryer). A lush garden and a gorgeous pool, everything perfectly maintained. eric, the landlord is always awailable für questions an suggestions. The beach ( extremely clean) ist just 4 miutes work. There you find a variety of restaurants, bars and massage stalls, all at reasonable prices. A market for vegetabel, fruit and streetfood and a supermarkt are at 8 mintes walkig distance. Directly next to the ville is a delicious restaurant with an amasing Thai breakfast offer. All i all: The perfect holiday retreat! We would revisit any time! thank you, Eric.

we stayed here for 2 weeks in March/April 2023. Eddie and Daria were excellent hosts and very responsive to any prob
Pros: the location is great, it’s across the road from the beach with all the local restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. having a private pool and garden was great, especially for the kids. very spacious comfortable open plan living downstairs with air con, large bedrooms also with air con. great WiFi connection, worked throughout the whole house with no problems.
Cons: sometimes the road could be noisy but once we were used to it then it didn’t bother us. this is not a negative but just to be aware - the main bedroom is accessible via an outside door off of the upstairs balcony, just to bear in mind if you have small children that go to bed early, you cannot hear them downstairs, our children slept in here with us and it wasn’t a problem at all, the doors have safety locks with can be locked from the outside but can still be opened inside by easily twisting the handle.

Fabulous!
Pros: When we arrived, Eric was already there waiting and showed us the villa. It was very convenient and close to almost everything. It was a bit lively and loud at night, but that’s really okay. I appreciate the host for being easy to reach and very helpful. We will definitely be going back again.
Cons: The only bit I didn’t like was the pool, as we’re not sure if it’s clean.

Pros: Плюсы: - Расположение: Вилла находится в тихом и живописном месте, но при этом недалеко от основных достопримечательностей и пляжа. Мы наслаждались уединением, но при необходимости могли быстро добраться до магазинов и ресторанов. - Интерьер: Просторные комнаты, стильный дизайн и все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кухня полностью оборудована, что позволило нам готовить свои любимые блюда. - Территория: Бассейн был чистым и ухоженным, а зона для барбекю стала нашим любимым местом для вечерних посиделок. - Хозяева: Очень внимательные и доброжелательные! Нам помогли с трансфером и дали полезные советы по местным достопримечательностям.
Cons: Минусы: Если честно, их просто нет! Все было на высшем уровне. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова и рекомендуем эту виллу всем, кто ищет идеальное место для отдыха. Спасибо за прекрасные воспоминания!

Хорошее место в хорошем районе
Pros: Хорошее расположение, пешком до моря минуты 2-3. Рядом на пляже кафешки. В 2х минутах один из самых популярных и тусовочных бич клаб - Cafe Del Mar. Так же рядом находится Carnival Magic и Phuket FantaSea. Много зон отдыха на вилле. Зона барбекю. Стиралка и сушка (сушка - вообще кайф для страны с высокой влажностью). Есть чайник, кофемашина, микроволновка, даже небольшая посудомойка. По запросу уборка. Владельцы русские, могут подсказать по любому вопросу. Отзывчивые и внимательные. У них же можно скутер арендовать.
Cons: Не самая современная вилла. Слабый напор воды в душе (но это частая проблема в Таиланде). Цена кусачая. Но это был самый сезон, поэтому не удивительно. Новый год всегда дороже. Бассейн не использовали, он немного в тени и рядом деревья, листья падают в него. (Ну и мы предпочитаем все же море, поэтому пишу лишь для тех, кому важен бассейн. Он не лакшери, но купаться можно).

جميلة تستحق زياره يومين فقط
Pros: المالك حبوب ولطيف وكل شى متوفر غسالة مواعين كل شى ، كامل اعجبها كله تحف مرهه مهتم بالمكان وطلبته فيش واليوم الثاني جابه ، نظيف المكان وفي شطاف و في غرفه تحت اذا معاكم كبير سن او كرسي المسبح نظيف بس فيه شجر مو حق سباحة صراحة ، في جنبكم خيول اذا تبون يودونكم للشاطئ القريب ، يارب اكون افدتكم
Cons: مكانه بعيد ومخيف بالليل بتحصلون وزغ بس برا مو عندكم داخل
