Very nice stay but could have been better provided for

Pros: Location good. Villa spacious, good pool. Lounge and tvs good. Not far to walk to amenities and village. Courtesy bus. Nice area in general, beach not far away. Beds comfortable. Villa staff arrived fairly soon to meet us.

Cons: Not very friendly welcome from villa staff person, spoke little English or Thai. Minimal information given, no info about the area provided. Garden smelt of sewage. There were spare pillows but no pillow slips for them. Minimal service levels, cutlery very cheap, only three wineglasses. Coffee machine didn’t work and staff person was not helpful when I told him. Had to pay 500 baht when I asked for a midweek change of towels and I think a clean should be included. We had no information when we had a 17 hour power cut (not anyone’s fault, widespread).

Pros: Удобное местонахождение, до пляжа 15-20 минут пешком, ходит бесплатный трансфер. Район очень красивый, чистый, есть озеро, небольшой парк для прогулок .
