Great location, welcoming and excellent service

Pros: Staff welcoming, very helpful and would go above and beyond for us, the service was excellent. The restaurant was great with delicious food and great atmosphere

Lovely little hotel!

Pros: Small property, was very quiet. Staff were very helpful and booked us a taxi from the airport. Pool was lovely. Didn’t explore area as only stayed for one night.

Cons: We liked everything.

Pros: We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, who were always available and ready to help. They offer the option to rent scooters, which were in excellent condition. The room was clean and well-equipped. A big plus is the pool, which is also illuminated at night and has a sufficient number of loungers. Highly recommended!

Pros: The resort is placed in a very quiet zone. They rent even motorbykes by which is very easy to reach the nearer beaches without any problem. Inside there is even a good restaurant and the owners have been very proactive in helping me also in a difficult sitiation when I lost my mobile. Thank you very much again!

Extremely enjoyable

Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first time in Thailand. We loved it so much and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool is so clean and fun and nearly every occasion we had it to ourselves. If you go you must try the carbonara or shrimp and chorizo pasta it was so amazing, we had it twice! Close restaurants and two 7/11s and pickup is available for most day trips. Go to Nai Harn Beach definitely, it’s only a 12 minute drive away and we loved it. Would definitely come again :))

Best place in Phuket / Rawai A++

Pros: Amazing as always. Incredibly clean, comfortable and very well maintained rooms - they have all just been upgraded/re-furbished, great AC, comfortable beds, USB/lightening PowerPoints, good wifi, staff are super friendly and helpful, Airport transfers can be organised, restaurant on the property has great Thai, western and French options, close to Muay Thai gyms and restaurants. Such an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend. Thanks heaps for having me.

Perfect as always

Pros: Everything - staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is super tasty, the pool and pool chairs are awesome to relax in. It’s a close walk to multiple Muay Thai gyms and restaurants. Always try to stay here when I travel to Phuket.

A welcoming stay in Rawai

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus Bleu. In advance of my arrival they organized some transport for me from the airport, The place was lovely, the room are spacious, modern and clean. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. All the staff were wonderful and the owner Nico stopped and introduced himself when I got there. Its a great location. The hotel had a restaurant/bar area adjacent to the pool. The food was excellent whether it was breakfast or dinner. The staff helped me organize my trips out and gave me recommendations. Close to Rawai beach and you can also visit Nai Harn. The Big Buddha is also easy to drive to from here. Highly recommended.

Cons: I enjoyed everything about my stay.

Pros: Great staff, I needed to extend my stay by a few days, my room was already booked, so they let me book 2br apartment with kitchen, given that I'll only use one bedroom, for lower price. Room is cleaned every morning, two water bottles given every morning, so fridge might be full of them at the end of stay. Hygienic shower isn't a water cannon like in other hotels, boiler in shower heats up quickly and holds the temperature. Good AC, blackout curtains, pool is clean and nice.

Cons: Couple of bike parking spots are on the weird slope, so it might be hard to park there. Fortunately, car parking is 10m away. The walkway to apartments was lit poorly after sunset.
