Lovely stay but would not return to this hotel

Pros: Set away from hustle and bustle and good back out of beach

Cons: The pool was all in one and it was very busy with not enough sun loungers. Lots of steps and cleaners were very late cleaning the room which meant often it wasn’t done as we had returned for the day and didn’t want to be disturbed

Nice end to a long stay in Thailand

Pros: Great hotel with nice views & pool , 5 mins to the beach and a short walk to local restaurants

Cons: Nothing really , I mean it’s on a hill so there are steps to the room , but once you find your way about it’s easier , and the lift takes you most of the way ,we were quite high up room 6102 but it was great

Delightful and peaceful.

Pros: Very calm and chill, perfect spot for having a relaxing time. The sports team is also great, they engage with you, and they are super fun.

Cons: The rooms could use an improvement.

Great place in southern Phuket

Pros: Great location close to Nai Harn and Yanui beaches Quiet and tranquil.

Cons: A lot of stairs, takes getting used to

Relaxing, luxurious and beautiful.

Pros: We loved everything about it, the setting was paradise, the facilities and rooms were large and bright, the staff went above and beyond and we felt like we had everything we needed within a short walk. Highly recommend the Thai massage and Sip bar!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great gym and kids club, pools are for everyone’s taste. Staff incredibly polite and helpful

Amazing stay, great value for money

Pros: The pool is very nice with nice views and lot of activities for kids around. The room is equipped very well with lot of handy things. The location next to the one of the best beaches in Phuket is a great advantage

Cons: The hotel is located on the hill. Expect many stairs to climb during the day (i.e. from the main building to your hotel room. Not all buildings are equipped with elevators.

Awesome people, awesome pool and probably the best beach in the whole country.

Pros: The pool is the biggest reason for coming back 3 times in a row. So big and well maintained. Very safe for children and quite convenient for parents. The staff is very friendly and make an effort to make you feel at home. The recreation team was exceptional. Mr. Keay and his team took great effort with giving Muay Thai lessons and games around the play room. The gym is good and offers what I need from a hotel gym. Not extremely big, but sufficient. Would be even better if it was accessible 24/7. The bikes are amazing and available for free. So getting into town is easy. The Spa is very premium, so everything you would expect from a premium hotel, Nai Harn beach is probably the best beach I have seen in Thailand. So quite and convenient, yet all facilities are there. The restaurants are affordable and people quite friendly. Free shuttle service from and to the hotel, so not much more to desire.

Cons: Actually not a lot to mention here. We were so impressed with this hotel that we came back 3 times in a row.

Ok but would stay other hotel for the money paid.

Pros: Swimming Pool, Coffee at Breakfast, buggy service , beach towels, close to beach

Cons: The room being at the very top of complex when hotel half full, didn’t make sense. Inconvenient to be at top regardless of buggy service. To go out or to the pool it’s a mission. Bacon at breakfast kept and need to keep asking as you get 2small pc a serving so when you get for a family of 4/5, you feel like embarrassing keep asking, then the staff sometimes look like you shouldn’t as too much taking. Development next door so alot of dust

Pros: We have stayed here a couple of times now and it is our go to hotel in Nai Harn, great location near to the beach, cafes and restaurants and local temples, the facilities are great and clean the pool is very nice and the restaurant breakfast is good.

Cons: It can be a long walk to the front of the hotel from your room if your room is up on the hill.
