Very peaceful, wonderful staff, good food, amazing views

Pros: Fabulous views, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, helpful staff

Cons: The beach was a little busy and road noise (not hotels fault). Sun lounges rather than deck chairs would be nice addition on beach.

Very good indeed

Pros: Courtesy of staff. Breakfast was exceptional. Our room was lovely. Bed extremely comfortable with great quality sheets. Super balcony with day bed.

Cons: Nothing re property itself but shortage of appropriate restaurants in vicinity.

Lovely hotel, our room was excellent. Food quality very good. All in all a very nice stay.

Pros: Location and not overpopulated by the number of guests . So service was very prompt and attentive. Good choice of restaurants for all tastes.

Cons: Wine was expensive but a good choice of happy hour opportunities

Outstanding service, erfect location for beach days and close to Rawai for restaurants and fun

Pros: An amazing experience! The service were outstanding in every department. Our son was particularly taken care of by the restaurant staff in Cosmos, greeted with affection every time, even receiving a birthday muffin. The view across Nai Harn bay is breathtaking and access to the sea was easy. A dedicated beach team ensure we always had a deck chair only metres away from the seas. The hotel beach is conveniently located next to the Rock Salt restaurant great for lunch or just a beer. Highly recommended .

You need to stay here!

Pros: This is a very beautiful hotel with the most magnificent views over nai harn beach and the sea. The rooms have every luxury and the best views we have ever had over the most comfortable day beds. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The buffet was exceptional. Cocktails over the sea at happy hour were a daily joy. We will definitely be back.

Cons: When driving, entrance road can get very congested with parked motorcycles and cars.

Cons: Restaurant is expensive Hot duvet in the bedroom which incite people to turn up aircon more than they should which is against eco friendly messaging of the hotel. Should remove hot duvet for light bedsheets. More water fountains to incite refills.

Very relaxing and peaceful. Would I go back YES IN A FLASH.

Pros: The staff are amazing and care for your every need. ALL STAFF.

Cons: Only negative is location, it is a little distance from Nai Harn village. But it’s easy to get a taxi or hire a moped. Otherwise the hotel is perfect and location has superb views.
