Jaiyen Eco Resort

Peaceful and relaxing, much needed after some chaotic travelling.

Pros: The whole vibe, clean, serene, the view from our private bungalo looking over the pool, sea and the islands in the background. Food was good, options were sufficient. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room very spacious, amazing lay out. Good aircon and ventilation.

Cons: I wish there was a menu in the room so that you can pre select your breakfast choices (A La Carte) before arriving at the breakfast area, it saves time from waiting. Coffee machine in the room would be good instead of instant coffees. Otherwise room set up was perfect!

Superb

Pros: we were only here one night and wish it was more - the room was amazing and the beds super comfortable. Very very quiet , with a small beach a stones throw away. The resort arranged our transport back to the ferry for us leaving and all staff were extremely kind and helpful. We spend NYE here and the hotel put on fireworks also. Honesty gutted we didn't have this booked for longer. 10/15 mins in taxi to 'main' area.

Cons: That we were only there one day :(

It’s a very beautiful place to relax, the staff there are very nice too.

Pros: It is in the middle of the jungle, it’s very peaceful and the only thing you can hear is the birds in the morning. A great place to chill and recharge.

Cons: It’s 8km far from any shop or ATM, if you can ride a bike is ok but if not you have to pay for taxi to go to the town. The swimming pool is ok but I thought it would be bigger. The gym is an open gym outdoors. Also the beach in front is not the best one to have a dip, i didn’t see anyone in the water.

Pros: From the initial greeting message, the staff were so helpful and really made it back personalised trip. They went above and beyond and that carried on, on arrival. We will definitely be going back and reccomending to friends and family

Cons: Nothing to not like, you in nature, on a quiet island, everything was amazing. The food and drink were also 10 out of 10.

Peaceful stay in Koh Yao Noi

Pros: The concept is lovely. The property is surrounded by the jungle and a few steps away from the sea. The room was very big, clean and very nicely decorated. I appreciated the little extra’s such as crayons, a little library and yoga mat. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay as the place is very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather we encountered during our stay we couldn’t make use of the pool and outdoor gym.

Cons: The hedge in front of our room was rather high and didn’t really allow us a proper view on the sea. The property is in a rather remote area of the island and there isn’t much in the surroundings, so you are forced to rent a scooter if you want to move around. Some members of the staff don’t speak much or any English, which made it quite awkward during some moments as we asked for help or information. Their kitchen offers only vegetarian and vegan dishes and they are rather expensive, therefore during our stay we opted to go to the lovely Thai restaurant next door which offered plenty of local dishes for much cheaper prices.

Amazing, inspiring, stunning

Pros: Incredible place with an amazing story. Beautifully built and has an incredible ethos. The room was so unique and beautiful and the food was some of the best food we’ve ever had!

Unique resort in a stunning and secluded location.

Pros: Jaiyen is it in one of the most ideal locations on Koh Yao Noi (which already is an island not short of ideal locations). It is totally secluded with incredible views of Phang Nga Bay. The rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the food delicious and well presented. It's a truly unique resort.

Cons: I asked for a glass of red wine with dinner and instead got an iced tea, but I might not have explained what I wanted very well.

This place is so special. Built with love and care, it’s good for the soul.

Pros: The view, the outdoor gym, the attention to detail, the connection to nature

A Peaceful Paradise with Stunning Views

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The resort is beautiful, our room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped, with a breathtaking sea view. The pool overlooks the ocean… it’s pure relaxation. The restaurant has an amazing view and the food was delicious. Everything feels so natural and simple, yet still luxurious. The hotel is small and never crowded, which makes the atmosphere even more peaceful. The staff were incredibly kind and always smiling. We totally fell in love with the island and this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cons: Nothing. We felt really good in this hotel.

Unforgettable

Pros: Everything was so cool, the environment, the workers, the area, the room.

Cons: Just to say one thing bad I would say the dogs and cat around were something that could bother to some people. At night when we went to sleep, one of the dogs stayed there and at some point was cute but at midnight he started to bark and we woke up.
