Stunning Villa & Exceptional Service

Pros: The 4-bedroom villa was absolutely stunning and provided a perfect, spacious retreat for our family. We loved having our own private pool, which was a huge highlight, but we were equally impressed by the public infinity pool; it is truly wonderful and offers a spectacular view that shouldn't be missed. The spa was another major hit with my family members, who enjoyed the treatments immensely. The service here is exceptional, specifically Kwan, who was remarkably helpful, polite, and quick to resolve any matters that arose in a timely manner. The Concierge Supervisor also did a great job managing our many pieces of luggage with a very supportive and professional attitude. The entire hotel felt well-managed and the staff made us feel very welcome.

Cons: Strong mold smell in the gym, couldn’t use it.

Wonderful.

Pros: Noku is a great place stay. Me and my spouse came for honeymoon, we didn't regret the choice and the amount paid. Buffet was great too.

Pros: Comfort, calm, privacy, speed of meeting orders and proximity to shopping places and restaurants

Cons: The lack of a shower in the bathroom and the frequent presence of willow trees, and when ordering snow, an amount was calculated for snow

Pros: The view was amazing and topped what I was expecting

Cons: They needed to be a little more vegetarian options
