Good location surrounded by greenery
Pros: Nice location surrounded by greenery and 5 mins drive to Boat Avenue. Check in was smooth and they provided late check out which was very kind. Room was as per the photos and balcony was nice.
Cons: The room was full of flies, so many.

Pros: Such a kind warm hosts who truly made my stay feel so at home that I ended up extending my stay here. The cleaner was superb and went above and beyond. The host is so helpful with any queries you may have and I will absolutely be coming back since it is very rare you feel at home when abroad. Thank you so much for your hospitality you made the experience simply perfect!

A comfortable and quiet stay just off the main road.
Pros: Extremely value for money. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC and wifi was strong, water pressure was good. Also had a small shelter balcony behind with a basin. Great for drying laundry. Owner was extremely friendly and responsive via WhatsApp and attended to all my queries promptly.
Cons: Shower is a bit small/narrower.

Perfect for our short over night stay before flying the next day. Slept amazingly.
Pros: Lovely and clean, lots of freebies around which was really handy e.g. toothbrush’s, toiletries, water, noodles. The lady who got us situated was very friendly and layed back.

Quiet and clean
Pros: The bed was very clean and comfy. The owner was also very communicative and helpful at all times. The apartment was so clean we thought we were the first guests to stay there. At the end of the street on the left theres an amazing fresh food resturant 10/10

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at MBB House. From the moment I arrived, the landlady went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—she genuinely goes out of her way to help with anything you might need. Her warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience feel incredibly welcoming. The guesthouse is comfortable, clean, affordable, and high quality, with all the amenities you could want. It’s located on a peaceful, tucked-away street that still offers excellent connections to the main roads, making it easy to get around. Access to Bangtao, Thalang, and Cherngtalay is quick and convenient, which was a huge plus. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great area with great amenities. I’d happily recommend MBB House Guesthouse to anyone looking for a relaxed, well-placed, and great-value place to stay.

A little piece of wonderful
Pros: For me, this residence was almost perfection. I value quiet and peacefulness and that is what I experienced here. You will need a taxi to get there and it is off of the main road. It is far from the crowds and I loved that. The balcony was completely private on the ground floor and overlooks trees and a little wild place. It was literal bliss to wake up and sit there listening to the birds with a cup of tea. The owner is lovely and helpful, never intrusive but always there to help if needed. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom supplies, toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, showercap and cotton buds. Water, coffee tea and a kettle is in the room as well as instant noodles. Such a great welcome. There is also a washing machine on sight. There are lots of places to eat along the main road, and if you need halal food its easily accessable. There are very high standards of cleanliness here. I truly enjoyed my time here.
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like. I appreciate the care and detail given to create such a comfortable space. Although just something to note, Phuket has a lot of tourists and the drainage system hasn't quite caught up yet. This can produce a strong odor from the drainage sytem which is not in any way the fault of the host. Everything was done to ameliorate any offensive odors. But it can be difficult at times.
