Good value for money

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms..staff friendly and spoke good English.nice coffee shop downstairs who serve good coffee.lots of bars and restaurants near by and 5 minutes walk to beach

Cons: Just to let people know it’s a little bit noisy until around midnight,it didn’t bother me as I knew that already

Cool with great coffee

Pros: Cool style and spacious rooms, with a large comfy bed and good AC. The staff were very friendly and helpful and in the lobby they served the best coffee in Phuket. The location was perfect, a couple of hundred metres to the beach and in the middle of the bars and restaurants.

Cons: The bar downstairs is noisy but we were here on holiday so was enjoying the nightlife in Karon and it had closed when we went to bed.

Pros: Funky style of the room . Great location. Nice cafe in reception area.

Cons: It would have been nice to have coffee, tea and water in the room when I arrived. Water was brought on the second day.

One of the good plce in Phuket.

Pros: The staff of the hotel is really nice, they helped us in many things. The location is also really close to the beach. There are many bars, cafes and spa salons. The owners son, James, he is really great cooker. During our stay, we asked him to cook lunch and dinner for our team and it was really tasty. Thanks James.

Cons: The bar on the street was very close, the sound of live music and drums were very loud, it was a bit tough to sleep.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Cozy, clean and nice price. Was planning to stay only for 2 nights but kept extending it every day. The owner is super nice and gave me the same price every day even though it was getting more expensive every day due to high season
