Welcoming and friendly place to stay.

Pros: The property was in a good central location as we quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Didn’t like the Chinese food options for breakfast could have put more fruit/avocado options out for choice. Did cook eggs either omelette or scrambled.

Great relaxing stay

Pros: Location was ideal for us. We have stayed here about 5 times before but first since under new ownership. Great the hotel now does buffet breakfast and has laundry service. Staff were very helpful

Cons: Rooms do need a bit of a spruce up. Breakfast was ok but served on plastic plates and the food warmers did not keep food warm

Pros: Location was phenomenal. Room was spacious and nice. Pools were very clean.

Cons: The A/C was not very strong but still okay. They weren’t very helpful with coordinating transportation.

Great stay at Rawai Beach

Pros: The location is really good, there is a 7-Eleven right around the corner. A lot of restaurants near by. The breakfast was ok, both thai and nom thai options (fried egg, omelet, bacon, muffins). They clean the room every day and the cleaning staff are nice. There are 2 pools.

Cons: The reception staff were ok, but not the friendliest in the world. The beach is not very swimming friendly, there are a lot of boats since Rawai beach is actually a pier. But the area is nice, very lively. Overall, I don’t have a serious reason to complain about anything really.

Would stay again

Pros: The location was excellent, everything within walking distance. Quiet rooms to rest in the evenings and staff did an excellent job to keep customers happy and the pool was very relaxing and clean 😀

Cons: TV's in some rooms need to be upgraded to smart TV's. Air con in one room needs replacement or service. Possibly more units. Customers shouldn't be sweating in room while relaxing with air con at 16 degrees.

Meet was apart of a great vacation :)

Pros: The friendly staff helped make my accomodation very enjoyable for my vacation. Everything was within walking distance for food/ entertainment.

Cons: I think the owners need to upgrade televisions to smart TV's as some rooms TV's are old. One of the rooms I was in the aircon wouldn't cool the room. After 2 hours I was still sweating while relaxing. Staff were really helpful and gave me a different room as I was concerned about humidity while trying to sleep at night. Breakfast buffet was always enjoyable.

The greenest place we’ve stayed at!

Pros: Very green area with fabulous views! Cozy place during both day and night with amazing view from the balcony. This was our first place in Thailand and we were charmed by how green it was. Yet, the greenest hotel we stayed at. Balconies are spacious so you can enjoy the views! Just amazing. 7/11 is just 10 steps away! For the price we paid it was a good place!

Cons: The shower room is very small and was a bit uncomfortable to have wet floor while trying to access the toilet but generally it is ok
