Good value for money

Pros: Location not too far from Old Phuket town and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Air con in the room takes a while to cool with the air con.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly and everything was comfortable.

Cons: Just one safety concern about the lifts. The lifts shut automatically even when you are walking inside. If you are strong enough you can push the lift door and prevent from Shutting however if a child is walking inside and the lift door shuts on them it could result in a major incident

Excellent staff and the room was stunning with an amazing balcony

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The room was fantastic and the balcony was excellent too! A great variety of breakfast foods too with freshly cooked eggs every morning however you like them.

Cons: Other than the hotel the area around the hotel didn’t have much to do within walking distance so I think the hotel should have more entertainment on of an evening to make up for this. They could also benefit from offering a cheaper laundry service to hotel guests.

Pros: Room was spacious as described and clean, swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool was nice also

Cons: If I was to criticise the hotel it would be only for the location, a bit of a distance from places like Patong, Kata beach and Karon beach, but overall still a nice and pleasant stay

Extremely amazing, we had a good time.

Pros: The breakfast experience was exceptional; I appreciate the daily changes to the menu, which included a variety of options. The fruits were incredibly sweet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They clean the rooms daily and change the bed linens every other day. One night, my son fell ill and vomited on the bed. I called reception at 2:30 AM, and they promptly sent staff to change and clean the bed, ensuring that my son was taken care of. I strongly endorse this hotel, which is among the finest, and the Phuket Central mall is located directly across from it, exit from the back way.

Cons: It did not trouble me, but it would be preferable to have two key cards for the rooms.

So completely impressed with the staff. They were very accomodating and lovely.

Pros: The hospitality of the staff was amazing. They were all very accomodating and location is perfect and close to all places. Very good location. Pool was very big and such great music they play. The hotel itself alone is worth coming back to Thailand for.

Nice place who do not want to travel more and Relax ..

Pros: The property is nice and children friendly. And nearby you can get Central phuket , big C, Decathlon.

Cons: I have booked a big family room, which can accommodate 4 adults and i booked with 2 adults & 1 child (5yrs) and my elder son (12yrs) travelled with me in the last moment, but they charged extra for him, that was little disappointing. It is in the outer area so if you need to go to local market or anywhere they all are far away.

Pros: Convenient location. Had a nice café and spa close by. It is also near the Central mall and not far from Old Phuket town.

Cons: Only downside was the hotel did not have laundry services.
