Beautiful hotel and kind staff
Pros: The pool just around your room is amazing. The staff is so kind and cheerful.
Cons: Unfortunately the location is not the best, as most of the restaurants and activities are on the other side of the city

Cosy, peaceful and a great place to recharge the body and mind.
Pros: This hotel is a gem. The facilities are wonderful, and the staff is helpful. The balcony in all apartments opens onto the pool. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is really comfortable.
Cons: The restaurant menu is really big, and the quality of the food is below par. I would suggest the hotel trim the menu down to 10 main menu items, a mix of Western and local Thai food. A smaller menu will increase the quality of the food.

Amazing start for our holiday in this resort.
Pros: Our room was very clean and pretty and it was so nice to go straight to the pool from our own terrace. Breakfast was nice and staff lovely. Would stay here again anytime.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Really nice hotel to stay and would recommend if you like a quiet hotel
Pros: I’m solo travelling and was greeted with a warm friendly welcome from all the staff, room spacious and clean. Very quiet and private, felt very safe. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Lovely reasonably priced cocktails. Free shuttle service worked really well. Staff very accommodating on check out… provided a room for a freshen up shower before my flight. Taxi service excellent… prices on parr with apps. All excursions picked up from the hotel and staff very helpful.
Cons: Would have liked a more suitable sunbathing area. Outside the rooms there’s an island with sun beds, looks really nice from your room. But the area is very uneven and under a canopy of trees. You have to move the sun lounger around all day to get a bit in sun, sunbed doesn’t sit flat on the grass. Nowhere to go for a walk from the hotel due to its location. Not a very nice area but I was comfortable walking 10mins to the 7/11 shop in the day.

Lovely place for a few days.
Pros: Lovely clean, comfortable rooms all with pool access. Loved the full size fridge and fresh towels daily. TV also has Netflix. Restaurant was good with nice breakfast choices. Staff are all excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It’s a bit remote. Only 15 mins by car from Phuket Old Town but the last hotel shuttle comes back at 6pm. I would advise a scooter rental if you stay here. There are restaurants around but they are all a drive away. Nothing you can really walk to. It advertises as being close to the beach which it is but it’s not a beach for sunbathing. Those ones are on the other side and it’s a 50 minute drive. We stayed a week and it was a bit too long at this resort.

Pros: I’m completely in love with this place! Me and my friends stayed there for 4 days and we wished stay more! Everything was perfect! Cleanliness, the private poll , the staffs were very friendly and kindly, also the gym . I definitely recommend this resort for who likes a lovely and chill place!

Pros: We loved the room and everything was very comfortable. We also loved breakfast. Not only they had a coffee machine, but also fruit, a variety of Thai meal and stuff was so friendly.
Cons: The restaurant at the hotel didn't seem so inviting, but there are plenty of place to eat in old town Phuket or even walking distance away.

A relaxing and comfortable stay with lovely pool access and cozy beds
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at CRAFT Resort & Villas in Phuket Town. One of our favorite highlights was being able to access the swimming pool directly from our room. The room itself was beautifully designed, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us some of the best sleep of our trip. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket.
Cons: The only downside was the location, as it’s not in the Old Town or city center. While the resort does offer a shuttle service, it needs to be booked in advance, so unfortunately we weren’t able to use it.
