An incredible resort , views , ambience , staff ! A very unique destination !

Pros: An incredible location with wonderful views. Staff were amazing.

Cons: We loved the location and position of the rooms, however you do need to be fit & able to walk up the steep road to access your room if the golf carts not available ( that’s rare) We were very happy with our choice of this resort because of its unique position & views .

Pros: Wonderful location, stunning views from the villa. Nice pool. Well-organized transportation within the resort, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: There was no email contact prior to arrival to arrange boat transportation. In fact, boat rentals are available during the day without a problem. Unfortunately, the meals in the restaurant were mostly unappetizing and exorbitantly priced. It's a shame. This needs to change. If it weren't for that, I would give it 12/10!

Very nice place on Phi Phi away from civilisation

Pros: Superb location although north facing so no sunset. Staff new and willing. Good rooms. Food decent.

Cons: Horrible disco music around the pool, beach and restaurants. Why not just listen to the sea and birds ?

Pros: The vew of the ocean is beautiful !!! Staff very helpful in arranging a special dinner for my wife's birthday. Nice small vilage 20 minute walk ( part adventures) with lovely restorants and messages

Cons: Breakfast wase a bit limited, you must be in good shape to climb hundreds of steps to the upper rooms. In low tide getting on/off the longtail boats is quite a mission

Pros: The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, with an absolutely incredible view of the sea. The villas have been renovated and are very well designed, offering great comfort. The stylish design makes the stay even more enjoyable. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was wonderful. We also visited the spa area, which we really enjoyed. The grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. This is a perfect place for anyone looking for peace and tranquility. 😌

Cons: The housekeeping could be a bit better, and we had quite a few mosquitoes .I also think it would be helpful for the hotel to organize a transfer service to make it easier and more convenient for guests. We booked ourselves from Phi Phi Pier and back by long-tail boat, which was not a problem. Additionally, it would be good to inform guests in advance about the deposit policy. For us, no deposit was taken since we didn’t have a credit card. If these small details were improved, the experience would be absolutely perfect.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We were very pleasantly surprised by the buggy service available to the rooms at any time. The activities offered, such as morning yoga and free use of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, were fantastic. A special thank-you to the outstanding sports team! We honestly don’t understand the negative reviews about this place. If you don’t mind getting your feet a little wet, you can easily reach the nearby village even at high tide — it’s just about an 8-minute walk along the beach. The rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views, and the food was delicious with wonderful, attentive staff. All in all, a 10/10 stay with exceptionally caring service. We can’t wait to come back soon!
