A peaceful and beautiful stay with amazing staff and great views above Patong.

Pros: The hotel is beautifully located on a hill with a stunning view over the coast, offering a peaceful escape from busy Patong. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well decorated, and the breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a wide variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially at the restaurant and housekeeping.

Cons: Because the hotel is on a hill, walking to Patong Beach is not really an option and a taxi is usually needed to get around. There are also not many shops or restaurants within walking distance.

It was fine. Overall not bad.

Pros: Lobby is beautiful. Location is ok if you have a scooter, but the hotel refuses to advise with scooter rentals.

Cons: The Pools are so crowded it is hard to find a bed if you arrive after midday. Construction noise next door to our vila made is difficult to sleep past 8 am. If they offer you an upgrade to pool villa, don't take it. It is a dark villa with no view at the bottom of hill next to loud noise.

Pros: A fantastic hotel in a quieter part of Phuket. Hotel amenities were great. The only think we were caught off guard with was the 2000 Baht a day deposit one has to pay upfront on arrival. It may have been in the small print but I must have missed it!

Cons: Nothing , we enjoyed everything

Affordable stay with great amenities and food

Pros: Overall the stay was good. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The adult pool was calm and not too much noise or people. The room was as expected, good soundproofing between rooms, but not as much to the hallway. The Spa was great, and the property well maintained. Had amazing Indian meal at the Tambu restaurant.

Cons: The Vista restaurant was ok, but the service could have been better. We did not leave the resort on our entire stay, and caught a pretty bad stomach virus on our third day. Not sure if that has something to do with the hotel, or if it was just a coincidence. However we got the sense that the staff was working hard on excusing the buffet and hotel amenities. Also no sure if other guests got sick as well. I guess they didn't want this issue to become a bad rep for them. They where nice enough to extend our checkout a couple of hours tho (as we where in no condition to leave the room). And they did give us extra water and other things when we requested it. Which was nice.

Stunning hotel and very comfy beds....also the perfect distance away from Patong

Pros: Once we were moved to the room we had booked - the hotel was excellent. We had booked an ocean view room that was absolutely stunning - you couldn't have asked for a comfier bed, and the pool was super

Cons: The first night, of 3 nights, was not as good. The hotel had made an error and double booked one of our rooms, We were offered an 'upgrade' in a villa that turned out to be a far inferior room.....we even had to go and buy tape in the 7/11 to seal the windows so that the mosquito's didn't get in. However once we were moved for the last 2 nights to the correct rooms it was an excellent experience.

Second stay In paradise

Pros: Everything, our second stay after originally staying in 2016. Just on the outskirts of patong but only 5 minutes into the centre. Feels luxurious as soon as you enter the lobby. The a la carte restaurants are first class as are all the staff. Pools and all amenities are perfect.

Pros: Excellent service from staff, the pools were excellent, food was fantastic as well.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Very luxurious hotel, lush room, very comfortable, beautiful scenery everywhere. Great food! Would recommend to everyone

Pros: Beautiful hotel, selection of pools, comfy loungers, great food selection cooked very well. Lovely welcome including welcome drink, snack and hotel. Very luxurious, golf buggies to take you to an from your room

Pros: Location, close to city but quite in the upper part. Nice pool area, good fitness, beautiful view on the sea ans sundown. Good food breakfast

Cons: High price for a rather outdated room. Breakfast area to busy a lot of people on a small area. Not a lot of seats at the poolside. Latest free shuttle untill 16h to go to patong city when basically nobody is going there. Recommandation to do a shuttle at 19h and 20h

Excellent.

Pros: Everything. Beautiful architecture, pools, restaurants and amazing staff. Kimmy and Hannah were fantastic upon arrival and departure making us feel relaxed and welcomed

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.
