Pros: The beds are super comfy, The manager at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She helped me out a lot. Wi-Fi was super good, Aircon works really well, warm shower, very clean.

Cons: In terms of value of money, it's kind of hard to complain.

Pros: Comfy bed, utilities worked to satisfaction, great value per money. The staff was very agreeable, they gave us extra water and lent us an umbrella when it rained

Cons: The door had little gaps where the hinges where, as if the door was more tiny than the gap that was made for it, and sounds carried very easily from the corridor inside. Plus, the windows of the corridor are always open/cannot close physically, so street sounds also carried inside the room.

A conveniently located hotel with friendly staff and great value for money.

Pros: The hotel is very close to shopping malls and markets, making it incredibly convenient to access places like the beach and walking street. The location was super convenient, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The price is excellent given all these conveniences.

Pros: We traveled as group of four people. And I was looking for a place that was familiar to me, close to shopping centers and beach, and not too loud street outside. My choice fell on a large room at the Patong Diamond Hotel. And for our group the price was reasonable. I liked that the room has two bedrooms, the room has a kitchen and living room. When we checked into the room, the room was mostly what we expected. There was following advantages: 1. Everything else is very good! The room has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, dishes, glasses, we also liked the comfortable sofa. 2. From the room, in my opinion, there was an excellent view that you can enjoy while sitting in the living room or in the bathroom. 3. A/C is good. 4. The room was cleaned regularly. Some of the employees are very attentive and responsible.

Cons: What could be improved: 1. There is definitely not enough wardrobe in the room, so add a closet to the bedroom with a king size bed and hangers. And there is a suitable corner for in the room. 2. The description when booking indicated a washing machine and coffee maker. But we didn't find them in the room.

Pros: Номер был достаточно чистый, но не большой. Конечно уставший, но как и все гостиницы такого класса на Патонге. Соседей почти не было слышно. Как повесила табличку на дверь «не беспокоить», так ни кто и не беспокоил. Жили в номере 2202, балкон выходит на шумную улицу, для нас это не проблема, просто предупреждаю, кто любит тишину не берите номер 2202 и 2203, соответственно те же номера и на других этажах. Есть лифт. В этой гостинице есть номера без окон и они это сообщают на букинге, в отличии от соседней гостиницы «Платина»

Cons: Нет тумбочек возле кровати. Кровать не одна большая, как было указано при бронировании, а две сдвинутые, из-за этого в середине изголовья кровати, розетка.

Pros: Хороший отель. Из-за раннего бронирования у нас была очень хорошая цена. Убока в номерах каждый день, замена полотенец, приносят чай , кофе; в номере есть чайник, чашки , стаканы, ФЕН! Брали улучшенные номера, в них есть балконы, в стандарте нет окон, учитывайте это. Расположение отеля супер, рядом рынки, торговый центр, к пляжу идти минут 10-15 . Очень приятный персонал.
