Excellent stay

Pros: This hotel was amazing, the staff went out it way to make us feel special. during our stay it was my wife anniversarry and they brought her flower to our room. The location was great in the center of Patong Beach

Pros: The rooms really comfortable and very clean ,great location and all the staff were really nice 👌

Cons: Could do with a poolside bar and some music ,the pool area lacked a bit off an atmosphere, but overall would stop again

Perfect Patong new location

Pros: Location is perfect in Central Patong, although there was much noice due to New Year period from the beach disco, splendid sunset view from our 10th flor was a bonus. Personell tries hard to make your stay most ageeable. Small issues are solved quickly. Breakfast was good value. We did not use in-room dining. Rooms are brand new in style and finish. Standard room is simple, but juniour suite (we had 2 rooms) was quite spacious and had better finish. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons: The only small thing: if quality of window framings would be better, we could not mention any noice at all.

Pros: A good hotel with a clean, comfortable room equipped with everything you need. Very friendly staff. The beach is right across the street from the hotel.

Cons: Bangla Road is nearby, so it's impossible to sleep until 4 a.m. It's very noisy. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't warn you about this when booking.

Great

Pros: It was amazing. Great location, staff were amazing. Very underestimated and hope to see more people book this hotel.

Cons: At check in we were not advised that we need to wait for housekeeping to check the room before we can check out. If we had of known this we would not have been late for our flight the next day. Please advise guests on arrival so they can check out earlier.

Great stay (except breakfast)

Pros: Room with pool access (nice pool). Relatively quiet considering being this close to Bangla road

Cons: Breakfast is not worth it. Is a la carte, and quantity does not make up for low quality. There is very good places fot breakfast literally around the corner
