Kata Noi Place

Pros: I spent a wonderful 12 days here. The accommodation was clean and fragrant, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location, everything is within walking distance. Beach 100 meters across the resort, sunbeds and umbrella in the first row for 200 baht. Restaurants and massages nearby at different levels, I followed the reviews. The owner of the accommodation was very nice, we communicated via WhatsApp. She brought me a gift box full of fruit with wishes for a nice stay. I was touched. Thank you very much ❤️❤️❤️

Stayed as a couple, would re-book without hesitation. Nice big fridge, microwave and x2 air con units! Perfect stay.

Pros: Perfect studio flat / condo style property. Very clean, 2 min walk from beach. Staff exceptional and willing to assist with anything. We wished we had hired scooters downstairs now rather than at the airport.

Quiet location, comfortable apartment, few nice restaurants close by!

Pros: Host had good communication upon check in. The apartment was very close to the beach only a 2 minute walk! There is a couple of nice restaurants down the road only a few minutes away. You can get a taxi to Karon beach which takes about 5-10mins drive to see that area also! There is some construction happening behind the building on a new hotel however it never bothered us and wasn’t loud at all. The host was great and said to contact her if she needed anything!

Wonderful stay

Pros: Everything was wonderful ! Bowy is an extremely welcoming host. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and very close to the beach. If I were to return to Phuket, I would choose Kata Noi Place again for my stay. Highly recommended !

Excellent accomodation at Kata Noi

Pros: Everything was perfect. Location: just a couple of minutes from the beach. Host: Incredibly friendly, proactive and helpful. 10/10 The room: Clean, spacious and with everything you need to make your staying comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.

Loved it, would stay again, perfect for a couple.

Pros: Location is awesome, nice quiet beach area, and access 100m down the road. Lots of food options close and 2 small mini marts. Just a quick taxi ride over the hill for the bigger tourist spots or hire a scooter down stairs. The room was perfect for a week a relaxation.

Cons: Not much of a view, but other than that it's perfect.

Pros: Customer-oriented staff, always in touch and ready to help. A clean room, there is everything necessary for life.

Cons: Noise from the road (windows overlook the roadway).

Pros: Perfect location and exceptionally clean apartment with everything you could possibly need. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay extra special with some very thoughtful touches for our honeymoon. Their communication and hospitality was five star. Would highly recommend to anyone!
