Good hotel in a quiet area and close to everything you need. Helpful staff and room had everything you need

Pros: Quiet location, not too far away from everything, staff were helpful. Room was good, had everything you needed and air con worked perfectly. Free water supplied with the room and plugs next to the bed. Walk in shower was good and heat settings were good. Room can be cleaned everyday if needed

Cons: Only one key for room, door locked weirdly. To keep aircon in room while you went out had to take door key off the keycard. Elevator was quite small so max 2-3 people in it especially less with suitcases so can take time to get up and down floors.

Amazing staff and close to Bangla road.

Pros: It was clean and very close to the centre. All the staff were amazing and kind.

Pros: The price £30/night . So based on that good value for money . The owner tries hard and looks to be buying all the street (small flats ) and making a big hotel. The room was clean . At the price OK.

Cons: Remember it’s good value for money and not a reflection on the hotel, but the other guests (men / lads / not British) at this price are annoying obnoxious, rude , noise and music at any time . Not for couples . Hot water can be an issue . You get when you pay for .

If you're a budget traveler, this place offers great value for your money.

Pros: The price is reasonable, and the room is decent overall. Not too much farther from the Bangla area.

Cons: The atmosphere around the hotel seems a bit unsafe for walking alone. I'm not entirely sure whether there are security guards or CCTV cameras along the sidewalk.

Clean rooms, great staff and the location is very good.

Pros: The location was great it was very easy to walk everywhere. And when we did have an issue with the rain leaking in our room they immediately helped us change the rooms. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra days and for the extra 2 days they matched the price we paid on booking.com. staff was very friendly and helpfull with everything. Great place if I come back I will definitely stay again.

Cons: The side street walk to the hotel is a bit narrow and not well lit but it's nothing they can do about soo not a real complaint

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Diva! The cleanliness was impeccable and well-maintained common areas. The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable pricing for amenities. It a new hotel so every thing is new and in good condition. Also Wi-Fi work very well. The location was perfect—close to attractions, restaurants, and night life. yet peaceful at night. Highly recommend for a clean, well-located, and budget-friendly stay!
